will also change. The ultimate realm is not what creates samsara, nor is samsara born from it. The realm is not produced from other independent objects. For all sentient beings, the Dharma realm does not appear as conventional samsara. Nor does another independent entity arise as samsara. Otherwise, it is merely that, though not truly existent, the illusion of karma, afflictions, and conceptual thoughts appears. It is merely a deviation from reality, and all conventional appearances are just appearances. Although these do not exist in reality, in the traces of conventional samsara seen by sentient beings, the ultimate Dharma nature, the essence of the Sugata, which is unseen by sentient beings, is always present in reality. Ultimate truth and conventional truth are not the producer and the produced. If ultimate truth did not exist, then no conventional appearance would arise for any sentient being. The conventional seen by sentient beings and the ultimate unseen are not of the same entity. Although conventional phenomena do not have their own characteristics, the ultimate does not change to being without its own characteristics. Although the characteristics of the conventional are not established in the ultimate, the ultimate does not cease to exist. When analyzing forms, etc., if the characteristics of forms, etc., are not established, then forms, etc., are not established in essence. However, for something that is not form, etc., because it does not have the characteristics of form, etc., it does not follow that it is not established in essence. For example, if what appears as a cow does not have the characteristics of a cow, then what appears as a cow is a delusion. But if what appears as a person does not have the characteristics of a cow, that reason does not make the person disappear. Therefore, if any conventional dharma is established by its own nature, then the way it is established by its own nature, which would lead to the existence of a self of phenomena, and the way the ultimate is established by its own nature, are different in terms of how they are established and the focus of the mind. Therefore, the absence of a self of phenomena and being truly established by its own nature are not contradictory. For example, if a cow is established by its own characteristics, then it must have dewlaps and a mane. However, a person, being established by his own characteristics, does not necessarily need to have dewlaps and a mane. Similarly, the conventional by its own

If it is established by its own nature, then it should be established as it appears to the nominal consciousness, and as it is grasped by conceptual thought. However, for that which is established by its own ultimate nature, it is not necessary to be established as it appears to the nominal consciousness and conceptual thought. Therefore, if the conventional exists, then it must exist in either one or many, because it is neither one nor many, and cannot be an object of nominal consciousness. Everything that becomes conventional is established only by nominal consciousness, and it is certain that it is only an object of nominal consciousness. Although the ultimate transcends one and many, it does not have that fault because it is not an object of nominal consciousness and conceptual thought, because for things that are not objects of nominal consciousness and are not established by nominal consciousness, the two, one and many, are not contradictory. Therefore, if conventional things exist, then they must exist in things that have contradictory relationships such as real and unreal, one, many, etc., and exist in the object of observation of the conventional mind, and exist in the manner of elaboration. However, although the ultimate does not exist in these things, it exists eternally from the beginning in the self-awareness and self-experience of great wisdom, free from elaboration, in all aspects, and is separated from the three, arising, dwelling, and ceasing. Therefore, it exists with the nature of the ultimate, and is true in reality, and with the nature of non-elaboration, it is constant, firm, and stable, and abides in the state of peaceful great bliss. For example, from a collection of illusionists, if countless illusions arise, then the basis of countless manifestations is that single collection, and it is said that the single collection pervades all manifestations. If analyzed, then the illusionary manifestation does not exist from the beginning, therefore, it is not established that the collection pervades the manifestation, and there is no one who relies on the collection. However, when speaking from the perspective of both appearance and collection without analysis, it is like establishing the distinction of pervading and relying. All conventional knowledge is also established as relying on the ultimate realm, and the ultimate realm pervades all knowledge. If analyzed, then since the conventional does not exist from the beginning, the object to be pervaded by the ultimate realm is destroyed, and there is no one who relies on the ultimate. However, in the wake of all conventional appearances, in reality, only the ultimate exists, and because the ultimate has no near or far for all appearances,
