That which is nominally unconditioned, although actually conditioned, is designated as unconditioned because it lacks its own characteristic and therefore does not exist as an entity of arising, abiding, and ceasing. Since its nature is very different from other conditioned phenomena, it is nominally designated as unconditioned. Although the dharmas of the path are a means of realizing the unconditioned, their essence is an entity, namely, the aggregation of mental factors such as faith, diligence, and wisdom, and consciousness. As for the dharmas included in the result, the wisdom of liberation of the Hearers, Solitary Buddhas, and Bodhisattvas becomes an entity because it is the path. Similarly, the liberation path of the Tathagatas, especially the path first attained, is the same. The abandonment of the obscurations to be abandoned by the three vehicles is cessation through discrimination, and therefore it is nominally unconditioned and non-entity. The reality of the truth of cessation is the ultimate Dharmakaya, the nature of all the base, path, and result, which is the essence of the Buddha. That is neither entity nor non-entity, but the unconditioned is an entity. The sphere free from all elaboration, and that which is called emptiness, is only the unconditioned nature of mind, and others are not truly so. Thus, this nature of reality is sometimes said to be the element of dharma, which is spoken according to need, that is, by reasoning and inference, this nature of reality is focused on and used as an object in the manner of a general meaning, so this sphere is also in accordance with the object of mind. Certainly, it cannot make that its object, because consciousnesses are not objects of discrimination. This is truly not any of the aggregates, elements, or sources, and is also liberated from dependent origination. In the ultimate sense, it is also established as aggregates, elements, sources, and dependent origination, but those aggregates and so on are only distinguished by convention, so it is because of that, those are also, it does not become, like a mercury man is not a man. Therefore, space and so on are non-entities, and the five aggregates such as form are entities, and although those two are called conditioned and unconditioned, in the discriminating minds of ordinary beings.

It is said consistently that it is so in conventional truth, but in reality, Non-existent things are also conditioned, because they rely solely on existent things. Therefore, The ultimate realm is not any of the aggregates, elements, and sources, and they are distinguished by conditioned phenomena. If it is an unconditioned entity, then it pervades being liberated from both existent and non-existent things. Therefore, since non-existent things are merely imputed, because there is no nature of characteristics, there is also no appearance, no experience, and it is not something to be taken or abandoned. Having been set aside as a mere incidental, all the remaining phenomena other than that, even each of the aggregates, elements, and sources are included, but these three have no name, basis, or distinction. Whatever is an aggregate is a source, etc. In short, setting aside non-existent things, the remaining three are one in essence from the perspective of general and specific aspects. From the point of view of need and from the point of view of aspects, different terms are shown, because existent things are only many different dharmas, 17-432 It's a man! It's a woman! It's a mountain! It's a tree! It's a mansion! and so on. When many different things gather in each direction, there is nothing that is one except for being grasped by the mind, and even if many are gathered together, they are the same, but some are gathered in one direction by the mind and considered as one, and some are separated from that. For example, although there is not one thing called a house, it is considered a house by gathering in one direction where there are many stones, wood, earth, etc., and although many stones, wood, earth, etc. are gathered outside, it is not a house but an empty space, like separating them separately. Similarly, even if none are the same and many are gathered together, they are the same, but this is form, thus gathering many into one, and this is feeling, not form! It is like gathering some dharmas together from some bases and separating them separately from other dharmas. Therefore, in order to counteract the clinging to many different things as one whole, it is said that it is an aggregate of many gatherings. Like that, Gyaltshab Je also said: Initially, there are many, as well as the meaning of gathering and complete separation. Thus it was said. Sources.
