Conversely, There are about twenty sutras that speak of the Dharma wheel, and in addition, there are the Great Collection of All Adornments Sutra, the Stem Array Sutra, the Extensive Sutra, the Fortunate Aeon Sutra, the Sutra of Ajasatru's Repentance, and many others that are considered to be the final Dharma wheel. The middle and final Dharma wheels together are known as the Mahayana Sutras, and there are nearly three hundred in total. The middle and final Dharma wheels do not differ in practice, such as the ten perfections, but in content, the Mahayana is divided into the Madhyamaka and Cittamatra schools. The Cittamatra school believes that there is only consciousness, with six limits, while the Madhyamaka school believes in freedom from elaboration, and so on. In addition, within the Cittamatra school, there are true consciousness and false consciousness, and within the Madhyamaka school, there are the Prasangika and Svatantrika schools. All dharmas are empty of their own nature, therefore the ultimate truth is also empty of its own nature, it is self-empty. The dharmas of the relative truth can be analyzed, therefore they are empty of their own nature. The reality of the ultimate truth is unchanging, perfect, firm, constant, and cannot be analyzed, therefore the ultimate truth does not need to be empty of its own nature, this is the Shentong school. Now, when expressing it in thought or language, there are differences of opinion for and against. But in meditative equipoise, the Shentong school, as it is, is in accordance with the inexpressible or non-elaborate reality, so in meditative equipoise, all mental activities are determined to be emptiness. Transcending all of existence and non-existence, permanence and annihilation, emptiness and non-emptiness, clearly, nakedly, openly, loosely, the awareness of self-knowing awareness is realized. When practicing meditation, if put into practice, everything will be consistent. Therefore, there is no difference in the ultimate truth. If you practice and realize, it will be consistent. Like dogs fighting in the Shentong school, abandon the elaboration of language. These are the three turnings of the Dharma wheel spoken for common disciples. These three turnings of the Dharma wheel were spoken in different places and times, therefore they were established as three according to the capacity of each disciple, there is also such a saying. Detailed explanation is sufficient. In addition, from the outside, there are statements about the time of turning these Dharma wheels, and from the inside, there are also statements about the way of turning the Dharma wheels of the four classes of tantras, and so on. For those who are sharp-witted and endowed with good fortune, the secret mantra Vajrayana's Dharma

Furthermore, the turning of the wheel [of Dharma] is mentioned in the *King of Bestowing Oral Instructions from the Sutra Section*. The reply is: "Having faith in the cause, the cause of Dharma, having thoroughly turned the wheel, a close path of the Vajrayana will appear in the future." So it is said. Although this sutra has not been translated into Tibetan, the great translator Rinchen Zangpo cited it as proof when refuting religious doctrines, so it should be regarded as authoritative. In this way, the time of speaking the mantras is: after the Teacher attained perfect enlightenment, in the year of Shri Dhanakataka, at the stupa of the glorious Dhanyakataka, he spoke many tantras, mainly the glorious Kalachakra, to Dharma King Chandrabhadra and others. Furthermore, all the tantras spoken at the summit of Mount Meru, in the land of Oddiyana, at Vajrasana, and in various places and times for the sake of various disciples, are all included in the four great tantra sections, namely the Kriya Tantra, the Charya Tantra, the Yoga Tantra, and the Anuttara Tantra. Among them, there are also two, three, and six ways of classifying and summarizing. The division into four tantra sections is also based on the differences of disciples, namely the four castes of Brahmins, kings, Jews, commoners, and outcastes, and the way of speaking in consideration of the four abodes in the desire realm, and the four stages of sharp and dull faculties. As it is said in the *Vajra Underground Tantra*: "For the purpose of subduing Brahmins, kings, royal families, commoners, and outcastes." Also, in the *Sambuti*: "Looking, playing, holding hands, two by two embracing, four aspects." Also, in the *Vajra Tent*: "For the inferior ones, the Kriya Tantra; for those who are not Kriya, the Yoga; for the superior beings, the superior Yoga; for those, the Anuttara Yoga." Thus it is said. Thus, these four tantra sections are the mantras that arise from the wisdom of the mind of the perfectly enlightened Buddha. The ritual of that is taught as the main path, so it is called Mantra Vajrayana, because it is more excellent than other vehicles. The *Manjushri Namasamgiti* says: "From the definite arising of the three vehicles, one vehicle establishes the fruit." Thus it is said. The main thing is the collection of activities, the method of accomplishing siddhis, the method of striking the key points on the body of the deity mantra, and the enjoyment of desires as the path.
