Because of that ability, a great reward was given. There, a wine seller agreed. Then she always provided for the teacher's livelihood. Another time, the wine seller's daughter, possessing all the characteristics of a lotus woman, was practiced as a mudra consort, and after twelve years, that teacher attained the state of great seal supreme accomplishment. In order to dispel the dissatisfaction of the people in that city, and for the field of merit for future sentient beings, a self-arisen stone statue of Avalokiteśvara was placed, and in order to widely propagate the teachings of secret mantra. Once, he also manifested a boy and a girl. The king, hearing that news, ordered the wine seller to invite the teacher into the city. Many people gathered at the city's east gate. When the teacher came to the city from the forest, many wine bottles were placed in a row on the road. The mother led the ram's horn from there, the manifested boy ran from the right, and the girl ran from the left. Then, when they arrived at the city's east gate, the locals sang the words they had previously mocked the king, saying, "The king invites him and he doesn't come, but the wine seller invites him and he comes, what's going on?" while clapping their hands. There, the teacher threw the ram's horn cup on the ground, and seven holes appeared underground, and a huge stream of water gushed out. The teacher's parents became Heruka parents. The boy and girl became vajra and bell, held in their hands, and walked in the sky. When the people were almost submerged by the water, they prayed to the teacher, saying, "Pray to Avalokiteśvara." All the people recited "Namo Lokeshvaraya" (藏文，梵文天城体：नमो लोकेश्वराय，梵文罗马拟音：namo lokeśvarāya，汉语字面意思：皈命世自在). In the middle of the water, a self-arisen stone statue of Avalokiteśvara appeared. The water also circled it seven times and then flowed underground. There, the teacher extensively taught the Vajrayana to those who lived in that place, and countless disciples who attained accomplishment also appeared. This is the instruction to Lavapa, that teacher was the son of a king, and this place is also a part of Oddiyana, some say it is Odibisha.
