After handing it over to him, he said, "This body that has turned into gold, use it yourself. Do not touch the bones, cut from the flesh. Do not use it for evil things like drinking money and prostitution. If you use it for your own life and virtuous deeds, then the place you cut today will grow full tonight, and you will not be able to use it all up." He himself took the sword and went to the heavenly realm. That layman, relying on the gold of the corpse, built the great monastery of Odantapuri. Odanta means flying. The layman went to the sky and built it as if he had seen the layout of Mount Sumeru and the four continents with his own eyes. That layman was called Uta Upasika. That temple did not have the favor of any king, minister, etc. The people who built the temple, the people who made the statues, the wages, food, rewards, etc. of the craftsmen were all completed by selling the gold of the corpse. With that gold alone, he supported the lives of five hundred monks and five hundred laymen. That layman himself supported the Dharma until he died. When he died, he said, "This gold will not benefit others for a while, but it will benefit sentient beings in the future." He hid it as a treasure. The Dharma was handed over to King Devapala. This is the story of the time of King Gopala, the twenty-eighth story. The twenty-ninth story. The story that happened during the time of King Devapala and his son. Some people also think that King Devapala is the son of a dragon. Because he inherited the blessings of the mantra transmitted from King Gopala, he thought in his heart that he was his own son. However, there is a saying that a minor consort of King Gopala requested a Brahmin mantra master for a spell to control the king. He took medicine from the snow mountain and blessed it with a mantra. After mixing it with food, he prepared it. When he was about to give it to the king to drink, he gave it to a maid, and the medicine fell into the water by the river. The water carried it to the place of the dragon. The dragon king, named Sea Protector, ate it and was controlled. He came to the consort in the form of the king, and when the consort became pregnant. The king wanted to punish her and was about to cut her when. At this time, the king himself came.
