Therefore, it is said that more than five statements are not fully accepted. It is said that at the end of his life, the previous Sangha Acharya was reborn as the son of the later Bhatta Acharya, and was more intelligent than in his previous life. He came before his own deity and directly learned knowledge. Sometimes, he would completely enter that body and speak of unprecedented knowledge. When he was about twelve years old, he wanted to debate with glorious Dharmakirti. At that time, the Brahmins said, "Debate with others for a while, you will definitely win, but it is difficult to defeat Dharmakirti." Nevertheless, he said, "If I cannot overcome him, I will not gain the reputation of a debater." So he went to the south, agreeing that whoever won, the other would join his sect. As a result, glorious Dharmakirti won, and he joined Buddhism. It is said that in the south, Brahmins lived there as lay practitioners, making offerings to Buddhism. The temple he built still exists today. Later, at the end of time, he built a monastery in the Kalinga region, converted many people to Dharma, and then passed away. Those whose conduct was similar to Brahma cremated his remains, and a great rain of flowers fell. All directions were filled with fragrance and music, lasting for seven days. All the remains congealed into a single stone ball like a skein, with no trace of bones. Even now, festival celebrations are held. It is said that this master and the Tibetan king Songtsen Gampo were contemporaries, which seems to be the case. According to Tibetan history, when he was writing the Seven Treatises, he did not notice even when bitter things were added to the food, because he was focused on the meaning of the scriptures. After finishing the writing, the king asked him, "King, if you have anyone who should be sentenced, let them wear white clothes, take a wooden bowl filled with oil, and hold mustard in their hands. If a little oil spills, kill them." Then, he had a person holding a sword follow behind them, making them walk around the palace. The edge of the palace...

He said, "Bring someone who is skilled at singing and playing musical instruments." After saying that, it was done accordingly, and when he finally asked that person, that person said that he didn't know anything about singing, dancing, and playing musical instruments, etc. Even if he was pressed, he would just say, "Yes." Sending a container filled with a small amount of ghee, etc., it seems that he spoke some true and false words based on the words of the Bodhisattvacaryāvatāra. The Seven Treatises were composed in the monastery because of his own familiarity with wisdom and for the sake of the students. How could it be composed in a corner of the palace like a royal messenger writing a letter? It is said that because his wisdom was very clear, he could answer about ten debaters at the same time. If, when thinking about the meaning of the scriptures, one cannot see anything else, then there will be no difference from the dull-witted. Furthermore, that statement seems very unreasonable. After the Seven Treatises were composed, they were presented to the paṇḍitas, but most of them did not understand. Some people, even if they understood, said it was not good because of jealousy, and then tied it to a dog's tail. Just as a dog wanders in all the streets, my treatise will also flourish in all directions." He said. At the beginning of the treatise, he added a verse such as "Most people are attached to the ordinary." Later, he had the teachers Lhawang Lodro and Shakya Lodro explain the Seven Treatises well, and urged Lhawang Lodro to write according to the style of the self-commentary. Once he finished writing and presented it, it was washed away with water. He wrote it again, and it was burned by fire. After writing it again, he wrote: "Most are without merit, Because time does not stay either. For the sake of familiarity, in brief, This difficult commentary was done here." After writing and presenting it, he said: The key points expressed through the style and nuances of the words have not appeared, but the meanings directly expressed by the words have appeared, and then he left it. Thinking, "No one can fully understand my wisdom," at the end of the Pramāṇavārttika, he added the verse, "Just as rivers merge into the ocean, they dissolve and disappear into their own body." It is said. Some say that Lhawang Lodro's disciple was Shakya Lodro, and that he made the commentary, which is a more reasonable statement. It is said that his disciple was Okyi Lodro. Some say that he was a direct disciple of Jamari Chokyi Drakpa, and others say that he was the author of the Ratnagotravibhāga.
