The dispute subsided naturally. Chandrakirti (ཟླ་གྲགས) fervently prayed to Avalokiteśvara. In a dream, Avalokiteśvara said, "You have already been blessed by Mañjuśrī, so I don't need to bless you. I have slightly blessed Chandra Gomi (ཙནྡྲ་གོ་མཱི་)." This is what is generally known. The Secret Assembly of Noble Ones said that when he prayed for Avalokiteśvara to appear again, Avalokiteśvara said, "Meditate on the Secret Assembly." After meditating for seven days, it is said that he directly saw the Noble Avalokiteśvara inside the west gate of the mandala, with a red body like a pile of red coral. After that, he stayed in Nalanda and propagated much Dharma. When Chandrakirti (ཟླ་བ་གྲགས) saw the well-composed verses of his treatise called "Samantabhadra," he realized that his own treatise on grammar was not well-composed. Thinking that it would not benefit beings, he threw the book into a well. Then, the venerable Holy Tara said, "What you have done is out of good intention for the benefit of others, and it will greatly benefit beings in the future. But Chandrakirti (ཟླ་གྲགས) is overwhelmed by the pride of a scholar, so his benefit to others will be small. Therefore, take the book out of the well!" As predicted by the Holy Tara, he took it out. Just by drinking the water from that well, he gained great wisdom. Chandrapa has been very prosperous from then until now, and everyone inside and outside is studying it. But "Samantabhadra" will soon decline, and now even a sample of the book cannot be found. There, he also composed more than a hundred treatises on crafts, as well as treatises on grammar, logic, medicine, prosody, drama, lexicography, poetry, astrology, and so on. When he mainly explained these to the students, the Holy Tara said, "The 'Ten Bhumis Sutra' and the 'Moon Lamp Sutra,' as well as the 'Tree Ornament Sutra' and the 'Entering Lanka Sutra,' read the classics that have become the mother of all Buddhas! What use is bad prosody to you?" Therefore, he taught little about the external fields of knowledge, and he constantly taught those five wonderful sutras to others, and he himself recited them every day. He also wrote concise commentaries on each of these sutras. In general, the treatises he composed before and after...

赞颂一百零八首。内学的论著一百零八部。外道的论著一百零八部。工巧明一百零八部。据说著有细微零散之作四百三十二部。《普拉底瓦玛丽》 नामक(梵文天城体:nāmaka,梵文罗马拟音:nāmaka,汉语字面意思:名为)名为《普拉底瓦玛丽》的论著,也造了一部开示所有菩提道次第的论著,但没有弘扬开来。据说在卓定和僧伽罗洲,现在还有讲授它的传统。二十颂和入三身,后来所有的大乘班智达都作为弟子的教材。度母的修法百种和观世音的修法百种,似乎是这位论师所造并翻译成了藏文。总的来说,似乎他自己造了很多论著。 又,一个贫穷的老妇人有一个美丽的女儿,因为没有嫁妆,所以到各个地方乞讨。来到那烂陀寺后,向以盛大的集会而闻名的月称论师乞讨。月称说:“我是一个比丘,没有拿很多东西。即使有一点,也是为了寺庙和僧团的事务。那边那个房子里有旃陀罗古弥,你去向他乞讨吧。”老妇人就去向旃陀罗古弥乞讨。他身上只有一件穿的衣服,和一部《八千颂般若经》,除此之外什么也没有。在那里,墙上画着一幅度母像,他以对贫穷极度怜悯的心,向度母祈祷并流下了眼泪。那幅画立刻变成了真正的度母,取下身上由各种珍宝组成的、价值连城的珠宝,献给了论师。论师又把珠宝给了老妇人,老妇人得到了极大的满足。画像上的珠宝消失了,所以被称为“无饰度母”,取下珠宝的地方还有痕迹。就这样,他长期利益众生,最后想要前往普陀山。从赡部洲前往达那室利洲时,因为以前诽谤过龙王舍沙,龙王怀恨在心,开始用巨大的海浪冲击船只。从海中央传来声音,救出了旃陀罗古弥{据说[ཞིང་],祈祷度母}

One hundred and eight praises. One hundred and eight treatises on inner learning. One hundred and eight treatises on outer paths. One hundred and eight treatises on craftsmanship. It is said that he composed four hundred and thirty-two minor scattered works. He also composed a treatise called "Pradipa-mali," which reveals the entire stages of the Bodhisattva path, but it did not become widespread. It is said that in Droding and the island of Simhala, the tradition of teaching it still exists today. The Twenty Verses and Entering the Three Bodies are used as teaching materials by all later Mahayana Panditas. The one hundred methods of practice of Tara and the one hundred methods of practice of Avalokiteshvara seem to have been composed by this teacher and translated into Tibetan. In general, it seems that he himself composed many treatises. Also, a poor old woman had a beautiful daughter. Because she had no dowry, she went begging in various places. When she came to Nalanda, she begged from the famous Chandrakirti, who was known for his great assemblies. Chandrakirti said, "I am a monk and do not carry many possessions. Even if I have a little, it is needed for the temple and the affairs of the Sangha. In that house over there is Chandragomin, go and beg from him." The old woman went to beg from Chandragomin. He had only one set of clothes to wear and one copy of the Ashtasahasrika Prajnaparamita Sutra, and nothing else. There, on the wall, was a painted image of Tara. With a heart of great compassion for the poor, he prayed to Tara and shed tears. That painting immediately transformed into the real Tara, who took off her priceless jewels made of various precious gems and offered them to the teacher. The teacher then gave the jewels to the old woman, who was greatly satisfied. The jewels disappeared from the painting, so it became known as "Tara Without Ornaments," and there were still traces where the jewels had been removed. In this way, he benefited sentient beings for a long time, and finally wanted to go to Mount Potala. When he was traveling from Jambudvipa to Dhanashri, because he had previously slandered the Naga king Shesha, the Naga king held a grudge and began to attack the ship with huge waves. A voice came from the middle of the ocean and rescued Chandragomin {it is said [ཞིང་], praying to Tara}
