So they say. Then, although the king was persuaded, he was not satisfied, and it is said that he did not even give a single wage to the devotee. After that, a temple was built in that forest, known as the Khasarpani monastery. It is said that Khasarpani came after flying in the sky, so it is called the Sky-goer, or that it came when the 'pana' was exhausted, so it is called 'pana' exhausted. But translating it as Sky-goer is very appropriate. If translated according to another saying, 'kharasa' is the phonetic of the price of food, and 'pana' is the copper coin of gold and silver, which is now known as 'tangka'. So it means the copper coin of the price of food. Like this, it is said to be commonly known in India. According to the biography of the Twenty-eight Thousand Verses, after the king's urging, he went to Potala three times without interruption. The first time was for his own audience, and the second time was because the sangha of Varanasi sent someone to resolve the doubts about the inconsistency between the Ornament for Clear Realization and the sutras, but he did not report it, but invited the noble Khasarpani himself. When asked Khasarpani, he said, 'I am an emanation, so I don't know.' Then, the third time, in order to resolve that doubt, he went to Potala and also invited the Twenty-eight Thousand Verses. So it is said. That devotee actually saw the noble Khasarpani five deities, and at that time he also personally accepted the offerings. Later, that devotee, because of greed for wealth, was killed by robbers. Knowing that this was the karma that must be endured, he said, 'Offer the head to the hands of the noble one!' The robbers did the same. The tears shed by the noble one dripped into the skull, and all of them turned into relics. It is said that from then on, he no longer personally accepted offerings. This is the story about the time of Dharmakirti and others, which is the twenty-third story. The twenty-fourth story: The story of the time of King Nangatshul. After that, the son of King Shri Harsha was born, named King Nangatshul. In the past, there was a monk who held the three pitakas who went to the king's palace to beg for alms, when a grand festival was being held, but he did not receive alms and was driven away by the gatekeeper. When he died of starvation from fasting, he vowed to become a king who would offer to the Three Jewels and satisfy the monks with food. By the power of this vow, the king's enjoyment was great.

It turned into a bowl, and all the Sangha of the four directions were offered excellent food. The royal city was named Ta. He lived to be one hundred and forty years old. He also ruled the country for nearly a hundred years. Towards the end of Yontan 'Od's life, he ascended the throne. In the east, a great king named Singha arose from the Licchavi clan. At that time, the master Chandragomin was born. Singha's son, King Bharsha, also ruled the country for a long time. Singha Chandra, a descendant of Chandra, ascended the throne. Because his power was weak, he had to rely on the help of King Singha and Ghasha. This was the late period of Lekdan and the venerable Drolde's life. The master Nyima Bebpa, the Drolde's disciple Chokde, and the late period of Kamalabuddhi, the disciple of Sangye Kyang, the venerable Zlawe Norbu, the disciple of Yontan 'Od, and the abbot of Nalanda, Gyalwe Lha, appeared at the same time. In the south, the master Chandrakirti also appeared. The master Chokyong, the master Zhiwa Lha, and the early period of the siddha Virupa's life. The venerable Sagala also seems to have appeared at this time, because when the translator Nyeltsor Sherab Drak translated the Flower Garland Transmission, it says that it was made by the venerable Sagala, the disciple of the venerable Gedun Bang. Therefore, it is necessary to investigate whether he is a Shravaka Arhat or not. Among these people, the history of Chokde and Kamalabuddhi has not been heard. Zlawe Norbu was the guru of King Ngangtsul, but no detailed story is seen. Nyima Bebpa said that the views of the venerable Nagarjuna and Asanga are the same, and established twelve large Dharma centers in Kashmir and Magadha. He made all the Yakshas participate in the supply of all the necessities. He was a protector who saved all Buddhists from the eight fears, and a monk mantra practitioner who accomplished Tara. Detailed history can be found elsewhere. Gyalwe Lha was also a great scholar who was proficient in many teachings and resided in Nalanda for a long time, but no detailed biography has been heard. At that time, the northern…
