But it seems difficult to accommodate so much above and below, so in the sky, draw a ground representing the abodes of the upper desire realm gods, mountains, forests, flowers, ponds, immeasurable palaces of various colors, and many male and female deities, in one area within the clouds. Above that place itself, draw clouds of five colors, and a rain of musical instruments of jewels and flowers, and the scene of the Buddha teaching the Dharma in the midst of many male and female deities. Furthermore, in the sky above those, draw something resembling a ground surrounded by a boundary, with a palace in the center, all of which is purely white, with trees, clouds, and birds, etc.
