་སྐྱབས་སུ་སོང་ ཤིག་བྱས་པ་ན། དེ་ཡང་དམྱལ་བའི་མེ་དངོས་སུ་མཐོང་བས་ཡིད་ཆེས་ཏེ། བདག་རུས་པའི་ གཏིང་ནས་ཀྱང་སངས་རྒྱས་ལ་སྐྱབས་སུ་མཆིའོ་ཟེར་ཏེ་ལུས་དེ་ཉིད་ཀྱིས་དམྱལ་བ་སོང་ངོ་། ། དེ་མནར་མེད་དུ་བསྐལ་པ་ཆེན་པོ་གཅིག་ཏུ་གནས་པར་འགྱུར་ལ། དམྱལ་བར་འགྲོ་ཁར་ རུས་པའི་ཁོང་ནས་སྐྱབས་སུ་མཆི་ཞེས་བརྗོད་པའི་འབྲས་བུས་ཕྱི་མའི་དུས་ན་རང་སངས་ རྒྱས་རུས་པ་ཅན་ཞེས་བྱ་བར་འགྱུར་རོ་ཞེས་ལུང་བསྟན་ཏོ། ། ༄། །གོ་གསུམ་པ་མཆོག་ཟུང་གིས་དམྱལ་བའི་རྒྱུད་གཟིགས་པ། གོ་གསུམ་པ་མཆོག་ཟུང་གིས་དམྱལ་བའི་རྒྱུད་གཟིགས་པ་ནི། དེ་ནས་དུས་གཞན་ཞིག་ ན་ཤཱ་རིའི་བུ་དང་མཽད་གལ་གྱི་བུ་དམྱལ་བའི་རྒྱུད་ལྟ་བར་གཤེགས་ཏེ་མཽད་གལ་གྱི་བུས་ མནར་མེད་ཀྱི་གནས་སུ་ཆར་གྱི་རྒྱུན་གཏུན་ཤིང་ཙམ་དང་། ཤིང་རྟའི་སྲོག་ཤིང་ཙམ་ཕབ་ ཀྱང་དམྱལ་བའི་མེ་ལྕེའི་ཚ་དབལ་གྱི་ནམ་མཁའ་ལ་བསྐམས་ཏེ་ས་ལ་མ་བབ་བོ། །ཤཱ་རིའི་ བུས་མོས་པའི་ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན་གྱིས་དམྱལ་གནས་ཆུས་གང་བར་མཛད་དོ། །མཽད་གལ་གྱི་བུས་ ལྷས་བྱིན་ཚུར་ཤོག་གསུངས་པ་ན། བརྒྱ་སྟོང་ཞིག་ཚུར་བྱུང་བ་ལ། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱི་ གཅུང་པོ་ལྷས་བྱིན་ཚུར་ཤོག་བྱས་པས། དེ་ནས་དེ་འོངས་ཏེ་མཆོག་ཟུང་གཅིག་གི་ཞབས་ ལ་གཏུགས་སོ། །སྡུག་བསྔལ་དྲིས་པས། མནར་མེད་པ་སྤྱིའི་སྡུག་བསྔལ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཡོད་ ཀྱི་སྟེང་དུ་ལྷག་པོ་བཞི་ཡོད་དེ། ལྕགས་ཀྱི་རི་འབར་བས་འཐག་པ་དང་། སོག་ལེ་སོ་གཉིས་ 16-233 པས་གཏུབ་པ་དང་ལྕགས་ཀྱི་ཐོ་བ་མེ་འབར་བས་མགོ་བོ་ཕྱེ་མར་འཐག་པ་དང་། ཕྱོགས་ བཞི་ནས་གླང་པོ་ཆེ་འོངས་ནས་འབྲས་ཕྱེ་བཞིན་དུ་འཐག་པའོ། །དེ་དག་ཀྱང་རིམ་པས་སྟོན་ པ་ལ་སྒྱོགས་འཕངས་པ་དང་། དགེ་འདུན་གྱི་དབྱེན་དང་། དགྲ་བཅོམ་མ་ཨུཏྤ་ལའི་མདོག་ བཀྲོངས་པ་དང་། སྟོན་པ་ལ་ནོར་སྐྱོང་རྦད་པའི་རྣམ་སྨིན་ཡིན་ནོ། །ཕྱིས་རང་སངས་རྒྱས་ སུ་ལུང་བསྟན་པ་བཤད་པས། འོ་ན་དེ་བར་དུ་མནར་མེད་ཀྱི་སྡུག་བསྔལ་བརྣག་བཟོད་པར་ བྱའོ་ཟེར་རོ། །ཀོ་ཀ་ལི་ཀའི་ལྕེ་ལ་ཐོང་གཤོལ་བརྒྱས་རྨོད་པ་ལས། ལྷ་ཚངས་པས་མཆོག་ ཟུང་གཅིག་ལ་དད་པ་བསྐྱེད་ཅིག་པར་བསྐུལ་ཡང་མི་ཉན་ལ། སྐབས་དེར་མཆོག་ཟུང་མཐོང་ བས་ཞེ་སྡང་སྐྱེད་དེ། སྡིག་ཅན་འདི་གཉིས་ང་དམྱལ་བར་སྐྱེས་ཀྱང་འོང་བ་ལྟ། ཞེས་སྨྲས་མ་ ཐག་ཏུ་ལྕེ་ལ་ཐོང་བཤོལ་སྟོང་གིས་རྨོད་པར་གྱུར་ཏོ། །འོད་སྲུང་རྫོགས་བྱེད་ཀྱི་སར་ཕྱིན་ པས་མཆོག་ཟུང་གི་ཞབས་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ནས། བདག་སྔོན་ཆོས་ལོག་བ

When asked about the suffering, he said, 'Avici has all the general sufferings, and on top of that there are four special sufferings: being crushed by burning iron mountains, being cut by thirty-two knives, having one's head ground into powder by a burning iron hammer, and being crushed like rice flour by elephants coming from four directions.' These are also, in order, the karmic results of throwing stones at the Teacher, causing dissension in the Sangha, killing the Arhat Utpalavarna, and cursing the Teacher. When it was later explained that he would be prophesied to become a Pratyekabuddha, he said, 'Then I must endure the suffering of Avici until then.' When Kokalika's tongue was plowed by a hundred plows, the god Brahma urged him to generate faith in the Supreme Pair, but he would not listen. At that time, seeing the Supreme Pair, he generated hatred, saying, 'These two sinners, even if I am born in hell, will come!' As soon as he said this, his tongue was plowed by a thousand plows. When he went to the place of Kashyapa Purna, he prostrated at the feet of the Supreme Pair, saying, 'I was formerly a heretic...'
