The Brahmin first offered food to the Blessed One, and then he gave food to all the Sangha, but the food did not decrease. When the well was especially full, the Brahmin developed great faith in the Dharma, and the Buddha taught him the Dharma, and he saw the truth. After that, all the fields of that Brahmin grew golden sprouts, golden ears of rice, and golden barley. Then he went to King Gsalgyal (光明王) and reported, "The barley in my field has turned into gold. Please send someone to collect one-sixth of the tax." So the king sent someone to collect it separately, and the king's share turned into barley, while the Brahmin's share remained gold. They mixed it again and redistributed it, and this was done seven times, but the result was the same. Then the tax collector said, "Now give me whatever you think is appropriate." They did so, but it did not change into anything else, it remained gold, and when it was offered to the king, the king was very surprised. During this time, five hundred farmers also converted to the truth, which is the same as what was said before. After that, the Buddha went to the city of Chumang (水满城), and a Brahmin was plowing the field. When he saw the Buddha coming, he was afraid that going to the Buddha would interrupt his work, so he held the whip in his hand and bowed to the Buddha from the umbrella. Then the Buddha said, "This Brahmin is wrong. If he comes here and bows, it will be like bowing to two Buddhas." Then Ananda folded the upper garment four times and asked the Blessed One to sit on it. The Buddha said, "In this place, the relics of the Blessed One Od Srung (无垢光如来) are still intact. Do you want to see them?" The retinue replied, "We want to see them." So countless people gathered there, and the Buddha, with the intention of worldly people, caused the nagas and gods of the underground to take out a box containing jewels, and opened it, and took out the relics of the Blessed One Od Srung All the people watched and made offerings to it, and soon after, it disappeared underground. King Gsalgyal (光明王) heard about this and came to see it, but the relics had already disappeared underground and could not be seen, so he was unhappy and went back. A lay devotee circumambulated that place, and the Buddha said to the people: Wise ones,

If one is extremely mindful, and takes steps for the sake of Buddhist stupas, even a thousand times the measure of gold from the Jambudvipa River would not be equal to it. Similarly, the benefits of piling up earth, offering flower garlands, lamps, and incense are also mentioned. The merit of offering to the Tathagata while he is alive and after his passing is said to be equal. There, countless people pile up earth and also make offerings with offerings. Afterwards, the Blessed One taught the Dharma to those people, and they attained the four fruits, and generated the mind of Bodhi, etc., which were countless. Therefore, a festival was established in that area, known as the Water Festival. Also, the story previously mentioned of the Blessed One going to the mountain where the ogre devoured children, if arranged in chronological order, can also be inserted here. Interim summary: Eight cities and the poor, five hundred fields and the lineage of Light Protector. The Six Hundredth Prophecy of the Causes of Karma The Six Hundredth Prophecy of the Causes of Karma: When the Blessed One was residing in Shravasti, the monks asked the Blessed One about the initial generation of the mind and the acts of reverence, which the Blessed One had already taught. Now, please prophesy the causes of karma for us. The Blessed One's actions of not being devoured by spirits are ten: some were prophesied to become Buddhas, many generated the mind of Bodhi, all those to be tamed were tamed, the supreme pair was shown, (evil deeds) were prevented, five parts of life were relinquished, great miracles were shown, descended from the heavens, parents were placed in the truth, and the Sangha of Shravakas were allowed to prophesy the causes of karma. Here, focusing on the prophecy of the causes of karma, the Blessed One, together with five hundred Arhats, lacking one, went to Lake Mapam. The Teacher, with the worldly generation of the mind, caused the Naga King Delight and the Kinsman Delight to also come there, and a jeweled lotus tree appeared, the trunk made of various jewels, the flowers made of gold, and the stamens were jeweled.
