ས་མཆི། ། སྡིག་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་སོ་སོར་བཤགས། །འགྲོ་བའི་དགེ་ལ་རྗེས་ཡི་རང་། །སངས་རྒྱས་བྱང་ ཆུབ་ཡིད་ཀྱིས་བཟུང་། །ཐེག་ཆེན་བདུད་རྩི་རབ་བཤད་པར། །འཁོར་ལོ་བསྐོར་བར་གསོལ་ བ་འདེབས། །ཇི་སྲིད་འཁོར་བ་གནས་ཀྱི་བར། །མྱ་ངན་མི་འདའ་གསོལ་བར་འཚལ། ། སངས་རྒྱས་ཆོས་དང་ཚོགས་རྣམས་ལ། །བྱང་ཆུབ་བར་དུ་བདག་སྐྱབས་མཆི། །རང་གཞན་ དོན་ནི་རབ་སྒྲུབ་ཕྱིར། །བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་ནི་བསྐྱེད་པར་བགྱི། །བྱང་ཆུབ་མཆོག་ཏུ་སེམས་ནི་ 15-150 བསྐྱེད་བགྱིད་ནས། །སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་བདག་གིས་མགྲོན་དུ་གཉེར། །བྱང་ཆུབ་སྤྱོད་ མཆོག་ཡིད་འོང་སྤྱད་པར་བགྱི། །འགྲོ་ལ་ཕན་ཕྱིར་སངས་རྒྱས་འགྲུབ་པར་ཤོག །ལན་གསུམ། བླ་མ་ཡི་དམ་སངས་རྒྱས་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་མཁའ་འགྲོའི་ཚོགས་དང་བཅས་པ་འོད་དུ་ ཞུ་ནས་བདག་ཉིད་ལ་ཐིམ། རང་གི་གནས་རྣམས་སུ་ཟླ་བའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་གྱི་སྟེང་དུ། ༀ་བཾ། ཧཾ་ཡོཾ། ཧྲིཾ་མོཾ། ཧྲེཾ་ཧྲིཾ། ཧཱུཾ་ཧཱུཾ། ཕཊ་ཕཊ། ནང་མཆོད་བྱིན་རླབས་རྒྱས་པ་སྐབས་འདིར་བྱས་ཀྱང་རུང་ལ། བསྡུ་ན། སྟོང་པའི་ངང་ལས་ཀ་པཱ་ལ་ཡངས་ཤིང་རྒྱ་ཆེ་བ་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཀྱི་བདུད་རྩིས་གང་བར་གྱུར། གཡོན་ པའི་མཐེབ་སྲིན་གྱིས་མདུན་ནས་བརྩམས་ཏེ་ཆོས་འབྱུང་གཡོན་བསྐོར་དུ་བྲི་ཚུལ་བྱ་ཞིང་། ༀ་གསུམ་མ་ཚར་གཅིག་བརྗོད། མཐེ་བོང་གི་རྩེར་ༀ། མཐེ་ཆུང་གི་རྩེར་ཨཱཿ འཁྲིག་མའི་ངོས་ལ་ཧཱུཾ། ལམ་མཐིལ་དུ་བཾ། དེ་ ཉིད་ཀྱི་གཟུགས་བརྙན་ཤར་བ་ལྟར། ཆོས་འབྱུང་གི་ནང་དུ་ཡི་གེ་བཞི་འཁོད་པར་གྱུར་པ་ ལས། འོད་འཕྲོས། ཕྱོགས་བཅུའི་རྒྱལ་བ་ཡབ་ཡུམ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་ཐུགས་རྒྱུད་བསྐུལ། ཡེ་ ཤེས་ཀྱི་བདུད་རྩི་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཀྱི་སེམས་དཀར་དམར་གྱི་རྣམ་པ་ཅན་སྦྱོར་མཚམས་ནས་སྤྱན་ དྲངས་ལ། ཐོད་པའི་ནང་གི་བདུད་རྩི་ལ་ཐིམ། ༀ་ཨཱཿཧཱུཾ། ལན་གསུམ་གཡས་པའི་མཐེབ་སྲིན་གྱིས་བདུད་ རྩི་བླངས་ལ། གཡོན་པའི་མཐེ་ཆུང་ནས་མཐེ་བོའི་བར་སོར་མོ་ལྔ་དང་། ཐམས་ཅད་འདུས་པའི་སེན་མོའི་ངོས་ལ་བདུད་རྩིའི་ ཐིག་ལེ་བྱ་ཞིང་། ༀ་བཾ་ནས། ཕཊ་ཕཊ་ཀྱི་བར་བརྗོད། ཡི་གེ་འབྲུ་གསུམ་བརྗོད་ཅིང་། དེ་རྣམས་ལ་བདུད་རྩི་གཏོར། ཡང་ འབྲུ་གསུམ་བརྗོད་ཅིང་ལུས་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་བྱུགས་པས། གོ་ཆ་དྲུག་པོ་རང་ལུས་ལ་ཐིམ་པར་བསམ། གཡོན་པའི་མཐེབ་སྲིན་ གྱིས་གནས་དང་། རྫས་ལ་ཕྱོགས་ཀུན་ཏུ་གཏོར། ༀ་ཨཱཿཧཱུཾ། ༀ་ཧྲིཿགྷ་གྷ་གྷ་ཏ་ཡ་གྷ་ཏ་ཡ་སརྦ་དུཥྚཾ་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ། ལན་གསུམ། བགེགས་ཐམས་ཅད་བསྐྲད། སྟེང་འོག་ཕྱོགས་མཚམས་ཐམས་ཅད་དུ་རྡོ་

敬礼。 所有罪业一一忏悔， 随喜有情诸善根， 佛陀菩提心中持， 祈请广演大乘甘露， 祈请法轮常运转， 乃至轮回未空之际， 祈请莫入于涅槃。 皈依佛法僧三宝， 直至菩提永不离， 为利自他二利故， 我今发起菩提心， 至胜菩提心已生， 迎请一切诸有情， 奉行无上菩提行， 为利有情愿成佛。（念诵三遍） 上师本尊佛陀菩萨空行母等众化光融入自身。于自身各处，于月轮之上。嗡 班（藏文：ༀ་བཾ།，梵文天城体：ओṃ वं，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vaṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡，班）， 吽 扬（藏文：ཧཾ་ཡོཾ།，梵文天城体：हं योṃ，梵文罗马拟音：haṃ yoṃ，汉语字面意思：吽，扬）， 舍 孟（藏文：ཧྲིཾ་མོཾ།，梵文天城体：ह्रीं मोṃ，梵文罗马拟音：hrīṃ moṃ，汉语字面意思：舍，孟）， 舍 舍（藏文：ཧྲེཾ་ཧྲིཾ།，梵文天城体：ह्रेṃ ह्रीं，梵文罗马拟音：hreṃ hrīṃ，汉语字面意思：舍，舍）， 吽 吽（藏文：ཧཱུཾ་ཧཱུཾ།，梵文天城体：हूṃ हूṃ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽，吽）， 啪 啪（藏文：ཕཊ་ཕཊ།，梵文天城体：फཊ फཊ，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ phaṭ，汉语字面意思：啪，啪）。 此时可做内供加持增上，若略之， 于空性中，生出广大颅器，充满智慧甘露。以左手拇指与食指，从前开始，按顺时针方向书写，念诵一遍“嗡”三字。 于拇指尖端书“嗡”（藏文：ༀ།，梵文天城体：ओṃ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡），于小指尖端书“阿”（藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：阿），于中指内侧书“吽”（藏文：ཧཱུཾ།，梵文天城体：हूṃ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽），于掌心书“班”（藏文：བཾ།，梵文天城体：वं，梵文罗马拟音：vaṃ，汉语字面意思：班）。如其影像显现般，于法生宫内，显现四字， 放射光明， 唤醒十方诸佛父母之心续， 自结合处迎请智慧甘露，赤白菩提心之相，融入颅器内之甘露。嗡 阿 吽（藏文：ༀ་ཨཱཿཧཱུཾ།，梵文天城体：ओṃ आः हूṃ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡 阿 吽）。念诵三遍，以右手拇指与食指取甘露，从左手小指至拇指五指，及所有指甲上涂甘露之点，念诵“嗡 班”至“啪 啪”。念诵三字明，并以甘露涂洒其上。再次念诵三字明，涂于全身，观想六种盔甲融入自身。以左手拇指与食指，于处所及物品上向四方涂洒。嗡 阿 吽（藏文：ༀ་ཨཱཿཧཱུཾ།，梵文天城体：ओṃ आः हूṃ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡 阿 吽）。嗡 舍 嘎 嘎 嘎 达 亚 嘎 达 亚 萨 瓦 杜 斯 当 吽 啪（藏文：ༀ་ཧྲིཿགྷ་གྷ་གྷ་ཏ་ཡ་གྷ་ཏ་ཡ་སརྦ་དུཥྚཾ་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ།，梵文天城体：ओṃ ह्रीः घ घ घ त य घ त य सर्व दुष्टं हुं फट्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ hrīḥ gha gha gha ta ya gha ta ya sarva duṣṭaṃ hūṃ phaṭ，汉语字面意思：嗡 舍 嘎 嘎 嘎 达 亚 嘎 达 亚 一切 恶 吽 啪）。 念诵三遍，驱逐一切邪魔，于上下四方一切处所，抛掷石子。

Homage. I confess all misdeeds individually, I rejoice in the virtues of sentient beings, I hold the Buddha's enlightenment in my mind, I request the wheel of Dharma to be turned, expounding the great nectar of the Mahayana, As long as samsara remains, I beseech you not to pass into nirvana. I take refuge in the Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha, Until enlightenment is reached, I will not be separated, In order to accomplish the benefit of myself and others, I generate the mind of enlightenment, Having generated the supreme mind of enlightenment, I invite all sentient beings as my guests, I will practice the supreme and desirable conduct of enlightenment, May I attain Buddhahood for the benefit of beings. (Recite three times) The Guru, Yidam, Buddha, Bodhisattva, Dakini, and all the assembly dissolve into light and merge into myself. At my own places, on top of the lunar mandala. As if their images appear, within the Dharma-arising palace, four letters appear, Radiating light, awakening the mind-streams of all the Buddhas, fathers and mothers, of the ten directions, From the point of union, invite the nectar of wisdom, the appearance of red and white bodhicitta, and dissolve it into the nectar within the skull cup. Om Ah Hum (藏文：ༀ་ཨཱཿཧཱུཾ།，梵文天城体：ओṃ आः हूṃ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Om Ah Hum). Recite three times, take the nectar with the right thumb and forefinger, and apply dots of nectar from the left little finger to the thumb, all five fingers, and on the surface of all the fingernails, reciting from "Om Bam" to "Phat Phat". Recite the three seed syllables and sprinkle nectar on them. Recite the three seed syllables again and apply them to the entire body, visualizing the six armors dissolving into oneself. Om Hrih Gha Gha Gha Ta Ya Gha Ta Ya Sarva Dushtam Hum Phat (藏文：ༀ་ཧྲིཿགྷ་གྷ་གྷ་ཏ་ཡ་གྷ་ཏ་ཡ་སརྦ་དུཥྚཾ་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ།，梵文天城体：ओṃ ह्रीः घ घ घ त य घ त य सर्व दुष्टं हुं फट्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ hrīḥ gha gha gha ta ya gha ta ya sarva duṣṭaṃ hūṃ phaṭ，汉语字面意思：Om Hrih Gha Gha Gha Ta Ya Gha Ta Ya All Evil Hum Phat). Recite three times, dispel all obstacles, and throw stones in all directions, above and below.
