Emanated as a worldly being, though dwelling in the world, you also pass into nirvana, residing in the realm between the departed and the not-departed, I praise you and prostrate. Possessing a garland of demon king skulls, wielding power over the lives of enemies, you are the great lord of life, I praise you and prostrate. Please accept this offering of torma, accomplish the entrusted tasks. Thus speaking, the final retraction is similar to the general one. The initiation ritual for this is as follows: In the center of a white triangular mandala dharma source, arrange a pile of white grains. Above it, display a white ripening stalk with the form of a pigeon. To its right, on a black triangular dharma source, place a pile of black grains, and above it, arrange a red torma. Arrange offerings around the edges as convenient. Then, after practicing as described above, the disciples offer a mandala. "By whose kindness," they prostrate to the mandala deities. The essence of all Buddhas of the three times, precious Lama, please grant me the initiation of the white moon and sun with a thousand spokes, and the black demon king with a garland of skulls. Thus, they pray three times. In the main part, regarding the method of performing the initiation of the brother and sister deities together, there are many earlier and later texts, which are: generating the disciple as the yidam, in the manner of an attendant, giving the initiation of body and speech, and only blessing the torma, as the initiation of mind. However, I have seen the Lama practice in this way: generating and dissolving the white moon and sun as the body, the recitation of speech is in accordance with the general transmission, and at the time of the mind torma empowerment, visualizing the torma as a goddess, placing it on the crown of the head, with devotion and longing, thinking that the emanation of the goddess, the pigeon, instantly takes away all one's illnesses, evil spirits, obstacles, major faults, and fears, and goes to the edge of the ocean. The form of the pigeon is circled around the disciple three times clockwise and then released. After that, the blessing is done in accordance with the general practice. Immediately after that, in the manner of an attendant, giving the initiation of body and speech to the demon king, placing the torma in the hand and blessing it, as the initiation of mind. The subsequent actions are in accordance with the general practice. All holders of the Sakya tradition rejoice by the power of devotion.

Proclaim. Although it is difficult to obtain faith from the heart, it is now combined with firm confidence. This is an excerpt from the sadhana ritual of White Tara, the Sun, and Moon Sisters. The sadhana comes from the Ratnasambhava. It is the twenty-third chapter, which describes the sadhana of the Dharma protectors, sisters, and their lineage. Pray with one heart, may it flourish and prosper. ༄། Twenty-fourth chapter. Finally, some necessary sadhana rituals are described for the sake of virtuous deeds. ༈ Excerpt from the sadhana ritual of the Four Great Kings. ༄༅། །Om Svasti. Paying homage to the feet of the qualified lama who guides the pure and excellent path. For the Dharma protectors of this teaching, I will explain the uncommon sadhana ritual. As mentioned below, arrange abundant tormas, or four large white tormas, or a combined torma of four. Arrange one offering of the transcendent world and worldly offerings as appropriate. With the self-generation of any deity as the preliminary, bless the offerings as with common offerings. From the light emitted from one's heart, invite the Lord of Secrets, or the Blessed One Shakyamuni Buddha, surrounded by the retinue of Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. (Tibetan: བཛྲ་ས་མཱ་ཛཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: वज्रसमाज, Sanskrit Romanization: vajrasamāja, Literal Chinese meaning: Vajra Assembly). Recite "All sentient beings" and so on. Offer with water for washing feet, etc., up to musical instruments. In the center, be seated on a precious cushion. Perform the offering and praise once again, and recite a short mantra. If it is related to the front generation of other deities, this is not necessary. Cleansing and purification. From emptiness, in the northern direction of the transcendent mandala, from the letter Vai (Tibetan: བཻ, Sanskrit Devanagari: वै, Sanskrit Romanization: vai, Literal Chinese meaning: Vai) arises the King Vaishravana, golden in color, holding a treasure-marked staff and a treasure-emitting mongoose. His body is stout and very joyful, with treasure vases on his right and left, and rivers of jewels flowing. He sits on a precious throne and a lion. In the east, from the letter Dhri (Tibetan: དྷྲི, Sanskrit Devanagari: धृ, Sanskrit Romanization: dhṛ, Literal Chinese meaning: Dhri) arises the Great King Dhritarashtra, white in color with a greenish hue. He plays the lute, appearing peaceful. He sits on a precious throne and an elephant seat. In the south, from the letter Vi (Tibetan: བི, Sanskrit Devanagari: वि, Sanskrit Romanization: vi, Literal Chinese meaning: Vi) arises the Great King Virudhaka, blue-green in color, holding a flaming sword. He appears slightly wrathful, sitting on a precious throne and a buffalo seat. In the west, from the letter Ksha (Tibetan: ཀྵ, Sanskrit Devanagari: क्ष, Sanskrit Romanization: kṣa, Literal Chinese meaning: Ksha) arises the Great King Virupaksha, red in color, smiling. His right hand holds a snake lasso, and his left hand holds a precious
