Recite "Mahakala Kalabikala Ratrita." This is the binding of the five-pointed vajra hand gesture of commitment. Similarly, the mantra for offering the torma is: Om Mahakala Kalabikala Ratrita Dombhini, Chandali, Rakshasi, Singhali, Devi Sapariwara Bhyaḥ Namaḥ Sarva Tathagata Bhyaḥ. Offer this three times. During the outer offering of Argham etc., and during the inner offering, add the three syllables at the end of the essence mantra. Then, if you wish, you can elaborate on the praise composed by Nyan Lotsawa. In brief: Hum! To the deity who swiftly perfects qualities and possesses accomplishments, who has the compassionate intention to benefit all beings miraculously, who cuts down the demon armies of the four activities, I pay homage to the virtuous Black One with his retinue. Arise as a form of compassion from the realm of non-conceptual space! From the palace built of layers of great tents of the elements, O Dharma protector of the Sugata's command, with commitment, arise from the space, great Vajra Black One! Glorious and powerful, wielding power over the three realms, with sharp fangs and a powerful, hanging lip, adorned with a garland of ringing bells, you, with four faces, protect the realm of Tise. In the presence of the complete Buddha, you vowed to protect the teachings. Great Black One with four faces, together with the great mother and four sisters, I offer you great meat, zan, flowers, incense, chang, the essence of meat and blood. Protect the teachings of the Victorious Ones, and accomplish the entrusted activities. Furthermore, after making requests for whatever desires one wishes for, the subsequent activities are completed. The activity of the subsequent permission for this is: if the support stone is large, draw a five-colored Dharma triangle, blue and black, on it. If it is small, draw the central Dharma triangle on the support stone. Place nineteen or five piles of black grains there. It is especially good to place a five-colored triangular torma on a stand on top of it or behind it. During the front generation and recitation, Om Mahakala Kalabikala Ratrita Hum Phat is the essence of the main deity, and Om Mahakala Kalabikala Ratrita Dombhini, Chandali, Rakshasi, Singhali, Dvisi Hum Hum Phat Svaha is the essence of the retinue. It is also important to recite the root mantra for this, so recite as much as possible. Of the subsequent permission.

Initially, when explaining the origin of the Dharma, it is said to be spoken from some Tantras of the Guhyasamāja. The noble Nāgārjuna also practiced the methods of accomplishment. In particular, this practice following the Sādhanā of Tathāgatarakṣita, transmitted closely from the feet of the teacher Buddha Jñāna, was passed down from the Yogini of the mountain cave. The translator Gnya'n dar ma grags, who served this protector like a servant, propagated this Dharma in Tibet. Thus, regarding the permission and practice of this four-faced Mahadeva, the powerful one who seizes fields, there are three aspects, etc. Omit the recitations that are not suitable. Other than that, the Maṇḍala, supplication, daily confession, and taking vows are the same. Then, instruct the disciples to meditate on the deity's Abhisamaya, in accordance with the deity's self-generation that the teacher himself has done. Also, omit the visualization of the front generation base as "Four-faced Great Black One," etc., as in the Torma ritual. Due to the great devotion and faith in the teacher and the front generation base, Light radiates from the teacher's heart, striking the Maṇḍala of the front generation base. From there, light arises, striking your bodies. The entire outer, inner, and intermediate parts of the body are filled. All sins and obscurations are purified. The body becomes a great mass of light marked with Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽). Then, for the actual meaning of the body empowerment, please repeat this supplication. The essence of all Buddhas of the three times, the precious Lama, please grant me the body empowerment of the four-faced Great Black One. Recite this three times. Then, visualize that each of you, who are marked with the Bindu Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽), are completely transformed, and on top of the lotus, sun, and human corpse seat, the Great Black One, from there up to the Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽) in the heart, visualize according to the Torma ritual. From the Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽) in the teacher's heart, immeasurable light radiates, striking the Dharma protector in front, stimulating their mind stream. From the Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽) in the heart, immeasurable forms of the protector arise. Again, light radiates, and from the cool groves of Mount Kailash, Potala, and the charnel ground of Haha's laughter, invite the inconceivable forms of the Dharma protectors. Omit these recitations, etc. The supplication for the speech empowerment is also the same as above, changing it to "Grant me the speech empowerment," and understand the mantras.
