于虚空界中行，执持众生之气息，足登铁制之靴履，身着华美之瑞丽服，人头马头筑为城，九层颅骨之宫殿中，若迎请玛吉拉姆女神，今晚夜半之时，明波多吉行解脱之事，姐妹具誓行事业，祈愿所嘱之事皆得成办。呼唤之时莫迟缓，修持之时莫轻忽，诅咒之时莫弱小，享用此庄严之食子，祈愿所嘱之事皆得成办。 吽。（藏文：ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽） 大黑命魔之，听命行者度母六，黑狗明慧光，忿怒之面金刚身，绕须弥山显神通，凄厉哭号游尸林，度化罪恶之大力母，魔女行于业，黑狗金眼母，黑狗银眼母，黑狗铜眼母，黑狗石眼母，黑狗玉眼母，黑狗跳眼母，魔女汝等六位亦，享用此血肉食子，为度退败之敌魔而来，取走诛杀之验相心要而来，消除障碍成办顺缘，祈愿所嘱之事皆得成办。门母黑水晶眼母，门母黑金眼母，门母黑铜眼母，门母黑玉眼母，门母黑银眼母，门母黑铁眼母，门母黑犀眼母，门母大者汝等七位亦，血肉等如前。吽。（藏文：ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）门巴黑骑猫，门巴黑骑龙，门巴黑骑蛇，门巴黑骑电，门巴黑骑虎，门巴黑骑鹏，门巴黑骑风，魔之屠夫汝等七位亦，血肉等如前。另有化身复化身，四方之领兵军队众，二万一千魔，以及白衣天兵百万众，另有天龙八部等，以血肉等劝请并嘱托事业，若无替身食子则行结尾仪轨，若有替身食子则于此时供奉。

When called upon, do not delay, when practicing, do not be negligent, when cursing, do not be weak, enjoy this adorned torma, may all the entrusted tasks be accomplished. Hūṃ. Monmo black crystal eye mother, Monmo black gold eye mother, Monmo black copper eye mother, Monmo black jade eye mother, Monmo black silver eye mother, Monmo black iron eye mother, Monmo black rhinoceros eye mother, Monmo great ones, you seven also, flesh and blood etc. as before.
