ཀཱ་ལ་ཧ་ན་ཧ་ན་བཛྲེ་ཎ་སྭཱཧཱ། （藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）念诵此咒以成办诸事。在座末，如前作简略的供养赞颂，或如前献外供内供。如是说： 吽！向黑怙主及其眷属，我作此供养，为的是诛杀所有怨敌魔障，以鲜红的血作涂足水，以五根作鲜花，以骨头、腿骨髓混合作熏香，以明亮的大油灯，以金刚自生香水，以五种大肉作食品，以腿骨号、颅骨鼓作美妙的乐声，将实际拥有的和意幻变现的充满虚空，供养给怙主及其眷属。此外，再作供养，以千种谷物精华混合的糖，以千种八根混合的甘露药，为的是诛杀怨敌二者，陈设心、肝、肉、骨的大食子。同样，献上命根血流，用血充满班杂柳条。以此无上的供养，供养给怙主及其眷属，请享用这些和谐的物品。除此之外，还有供养的聚会，悬挂田幡、幢幡、伞盖，悬挂生肉、肉条、心串，堆积如山的各种骨骼，肉血的香味不断。以此各种装饰的供养，供养给怙主及其眷属，请以誓言的力量享用，息增怀伏和现前受用的一切委托事业，祈愿都能成就。然后是赞颂： 吽！在各个方向的那个地方，在西南罗刹的世界里，在黑暗的九层铁城中，未逝世间的掌管者主尊，黑色凶猛的大威慑者，以燃烧的弯刀，使衰败者的寿命连根拔起，将血注入颅器中享用。眷属也是凶猛残暴的，黑怙主用时间来调伏他们，天魔母的力量强大，毫不怜悯地杀戮，未逝世间的所有立誓者，请享用这各种食子，不要违背愤怒的命令，毫不迟疑地完成各种事业。吽！从金刚座的殊胜供养处，从夜叉骚乱的殊胜处所，夜叉屠夫力量强大，身色红黑恐怖之形，手持铁钩弯刀，夺取违背誓言敌人的寿命。

Kāla hana hana vajreṇa svāhā. Recite this mantra to accomplish all things. At the end of the session, make a brief offering and praise as before, or offer external and internal offerings as before. Thus say: Hūṃ! To the Great Black One with his retinue, I offer this offering, in order to slay all enemies and obstacles, with great red blood as argha, with flowers of the five senses, with incense mixed with bones, marrow, and brains, with a bright great butter lamp, with vajra-born perfume water, with food of five kinds of great meat, with the pleasant sound of thighbone flute and skull drum, filling the sky with actual and mentally created offerings, I offer to the Protector and his retinue. Furthermore, I offer, sugar mixed with a thousand grain essences, nectar medicine mixed with a thousand eight roots, in order to slay the two enemies and obstacles, arranging a great torma of heart, liver, flesh, and bones. Likewise, the stream of life-sustaining blood, filling the bandha willow branches with blood. This unsurpassed offering, I offer to the Protector and his retinue. Please accept these harmonious substances. Apart from that, there is also a gathering of offerings, hanging field banners, victory banners, and parasols, hanging raw meat, meat strips, and heart garlands, piling up various skeletons like mountains, the smell of meat and blood incense never ceases. This offering of various ornaments, I offer to the Protector and his retinue. Please accept it by the power of your oath, and may all the entrusted activities of pacifying, increasing, subjugating, and wrathful, and manifest enjoyment be accomplished. Then the praise: Hūṃ! In that place in all directions, in the southwest realm of rakshasas, in the dark nine-tiered iron city, the chief guardian of the undeparted world, the black, fierce, and terrifying one, with a burning curved knife, cutting off the life of the degenerates at the root, pouring blood into the skull and consuming it. The retinue is also fierce and cruel, the Black One tames them with time, the power of the goddesses is great, killing without mercy, all the oath-bound ones of the undeparted world, please accept these various tormas, without transgressing the wrathful command, accomplish these various activities without hindrance. Hūṃ! From the excellent offering place of Vajrasana, from the supreme place of yaksha disturbances, the yaksha butcher is powerful, his body color is red-black, a terrifying form, holding an iron hook and curved knife in his hand, seizing the life of the enemy who violates the oath.
