To the great black four-armed one, I bow with reverence, to the black skull, etc., For all fierce actions, The Karma Protector's practice method, torma empowerment, I will explain. Whether one is any lineage of the self-deity, great wrathful one, Or one abides in the self-generation of the Wisdom Protector, either way, purify into emptiness with svabhāva. From within the emptiness, within the protective circle arising from the syllable hūṃ, In front of oneself, a three-cornered, vast and spacious palace, piled with new and old fields, dry and wet skulls, skeletons, blue-gray, and venomous snakes. Above it, dark clouds gather, adorned with lightning and blazing flames. Intolerable thunder roars. Burning meteors fall as they appear, and hail of fire mixed with vajra-shaped stones falls. In all directions, a great fire of the eon whirls and swirls. All the ground below is fragments of fields, and the ground strewn with māṃsa is adorned with pools of great blood. The charnel ground palace is filled with birds of prey with cruel beaks and claws, and blood-drinking beasts of prey with cruel fangs and claws, making it terrifying and frightening. In the center of that, from paṃ arises a blue-black lotus with three petals. In the center of that, from hūṃ, dark blue-black light radiates. All enemies, obstructors, and vicious ones are utterly destroyed, gathered, and completely transformed. From that, the glorious Karma Protector, with a dark blue-black body, a wrathful, terrifying form, in the form of a dwarf, with one face and two arms, limbs short and thick. A crow's face with a vajra iron beak, eyebrows furrowed, and three eyes glaring. The right hand raises a blazing vajra chopper like fire. The left hand holds a skull cup of blood at the heart and sucks it into the mouth. The mustache, eyebrows, head hair, and beard blaze upwards. The mouth is wide open, and the breath from the mouth swirls like fire and wind. A great stream of blood flows. Sharp fangs are bared, and a terrifying roar is uttered.

Adorned with black snakes in a single-legged posture. Adorned with a crown of five dry skulls and a necklace of fifty wet ones. From the hairline springs forth a vajra garuda. Wearing a tiger skin loincloth. Endowed with the splendor of a million suns, residing in the midst of blazing flames. By stamping the feet, the heads of enemies and malevolent beings are crushed. Surrounded by a retinue of a thousand black crow-faced ones, a million flesh-eaters, the eight classes of gods and demons, emanated head ornaments, and also emanated winged creatures with beaks and claws, and a host of ferocious beasts. Especially surrounded by immeasurable numbers of fierce, dark blue nagas holding razors and snake lassos. At the heart of the main deity is a three-cornered sun, upon which is a blue Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽). Recite as much as possible. The mantra that combines the root mantra and the heart mantra into one is also the mantra of the meaningful Karma Gonpo himself. The torma ritual is similar to the sadhana ritual of Yeshe Gonpo. The praise is either the extensive praise such as "Great Cool Charnel Ground," or it is also acceptable to praise with a short praise of one verse. The activity of accepting students for this is the same as in the case of Yeshe Gonpo in the preliminary stage. In the main part, the teacher is visualized as the yidam, and the student is generated as Yeshe Gonpo. The torma in front is generated as Karma Gonpo and invited. Then, the oral transmission of the mantra is given. The torma is placed in the hand and instructions are given. If only this torma empowerment is done, then recite the same as in the case of Yeshe Gonpo.
