Like the arising of the earth, lead with one recitation, Namaḥ samanta kāya vāk citta vajra ṇaṃ. Oṃ āḥ hūṃ. Maṃ maṃ. Haṃ haṃ. Kaṃ kaṃ. Raṃ raṃ. Ra ra. Māha māha kala. Daha daha. Paca paca. Garja garja. Keśa vartamāne. Imaṃ baliṃ gṛhṇa gṛhṇa. Gṛhṇa pāya. Gṛhṇa pāya. Oṃ āḥ hūṃ. Sarva vighnan. Vināyaka Oṃ akāro mukhaṃ sarva dharmāṇāṃ. Ādya nutpannatvāt. Oṃ āḥ hūṃ phaṭ svāhā. Recite three or seven times, offering to the assembly of deities residing in the immeasurable palace. If offering by reciting the name of each deity, or summarizing, perform one set of outer, inner, and secret offerings in general. The second torma, visualize it as being offered to the assembly of spirits of the charnel ground. At the end of one recitation of the nectar-swirling dhāraṇī, recite: Oṃ sarva kṣetra pāla saha gaṇa duti baliṃ gṛhṇa gṛhṇa kha kha hūṃ phaṭ svāhā. Visualize the eight great charnel grounds and offer by reciting eight times. Offer from arghaṃ to śapta. If there are meat, alcohol, various foods, and many images of animals, then widely spread the mantra of the treasury of space, and bestow the mantra of the wrathful Ḍākinī. Also dedicate with one recitation of the above torma mantra. Oṃ. A single tree and the charnel ground, the mountain and rocks and the place of caves, the edge of the village and the road and the crossroads, those who dwell in the house of the Mamos, the black spirits, corpses, flesh-eating yakshas and rakshasas, Ḍākas, other Ḍākinīs, protectors of the directions and protectors of the fields, together with wives, retinues, and servants, flowers, incense, and clothing, please enjoy this torma, for me, may all wishes be fulfilled. May diseases and evil spirits be pacified, may enjoyment, life, and auspiciousness increase, please perform the activities of subjugation and summoning. Destroy enemies and spirits, please perform killing, expulsion, and separation. Eat their flesh and blood, and destroy their bodies like dust. Enemies and retinues mārāya phaṭ. Whoever protects the sacred Dharma, please destroy the gods, demons, and evil spirits. For those who are tamed and possess vows, please always protect and increase them. Thus entrusting the activity, pray, recite a verse of auspiciousness, and with the hundred-syllable mantra and the fifteen-syllable mantra three times, request those who dwell in the outer charnel ground to depart. Again, perform the outer offering.
