具下裙者，六臂以蛇之饰品而善妙庄严，右持弯刀、中间持念珠，末者猛烈摇动手鼓，左持颅血与三尖矛，如是持套索而束缚，张开忿怒之口，獠牙毕露，三眼忿怒，头发向上燃烧，额间以红色的吉祥红点涂抹，顶髻以不动明王印玺而稳固，具五十滴血人头之项链，以五珍贵颅器为头饰，从木中显现而接受食子者，向具吉祥六臂者顶礼赞叹。 བྷྱོཿ （藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）于血海翻滚沸腾之中，大海骡子之上光辉炽燃，青黑色身，一面二臂之母，持魔之算盘、疾病之囊，身之化身护持佛陀教法，语之化身摇动三界，心乃不变，成办有情之义利者，向玛吉列玛德顶礼。ཧཱུཾ།（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）吉祥怙主四方的威猛使者，作智慧之命令、事业之差使，聚集所有不驯服者，幻化种种化身，我等赞叹四位办事使者，权势者、阎罗、水神、夜叉，火神、罗刹、风神、生灵，上方之梵天、大地之女神，向幻化的十方守护顶礼赞叹，吉祥怙主七十五尊与，誓盟者之海众眷属们，享用此血肉食子，息灭瑜伽士我等眷属之，违缘与障碍，赐予顺缘之成就，成办委托之事业。若有团供食子，则点燃灯供于楼上等处，供养吉祥怙主玛哈嘎拉与，玛吉欲界自在列玛德，兄妹您等不违越命令之，尸陀林主吉那弥扎与，札吉惹匝、魔军扎夏达与，方向守护清净种姓怙主及眷属，誓盟者海众眷属及，吉祥黑袍大怙主及眷属等，降临于此享用庄严之食子，享用血肉红色之食子，此瞻部洲之食品。

The right hand holds a curved knife, the middle one holds a rosary, and the last one vigorously shakes a damaru drum. The left hand holds a skull cup filled with blood and a trident. Similarly, holding a lasso, it binds. The fierce face is open, with fangs bared. Three eyes are fierce, and the hair on the head blazes upwards. The forehead is smeared with a sindhura mark. The crown is firmly sealed with the immovable king. Adorned with a necklace of fifty bleeding human heads. The head is adorned with five precious skull cups. Gathering all the untamed, manifesting various emanations. We praise the four working messengers. The powerful one, Yama, the water god, the yaksha, the fire god, the rakshasa, the wind god, the elemental spirits, the Brahma above, the earth goddess below. I prostrate and praise the ten directional guardians of emanation. The glorious protector, the seventy-five deities, and the assembly of oath-bound ocean of warriors. Please accept this flesh and blood torma. Pacify the unfavorable conditions and obstacles of us yogis and our retinues. Grant the desired attainments of favorable conditions. Accomplish the entrusted activities. If there is a communal feast torma, light lamps and offer them on the roof and other places. Offer to the glorious protector Mahakala and Machig, the sovereign of the desire realm, Remati. The brother and sister who do not transgress your commands. Kshetrapala Jina Mitra and Takkiraja, the demon army Trakshad, and the directional guardians, the pure lineage protectors and their retinues. The oath-bound ocean of warriors and the glorious great black one and their retinues. Come here and accept this ornamented torma. Accept this red torma of flesh and blood. This Jambudvipa food.
