请接受。所有成就，此时赐予我。虽无所缘的忏悔与所忏悔，然为清净分别念之习气。至尊上师，诸方之殊胜者，以猛烈忏悔，愿得大乐。若不乐意祈请与忏悔，舍弃亦可。 此后念诵：观想自身心间的吽字，从中生出咒语之念珠，颜色为黑色，光芒为红色，如念珠般安住。五种光芒如念珠线般串联，从自己的口中发出，进入怙主口中，融入怙主心间的吽字。又从吽字生出，从怙主的脐轮发出，进入自己的脐轮，融入心间的吽字。如此观想如轮般恒常旋转。念诵：嗡 班杂 玛哈嘎拉 钦 舍扎 威格念 威那亚嘎 吽 吽 啪 啪 梭哈。 尽力念诵心咒。猛烈的念诵，清晰观想：嗡 希日 玛哈嘎拉，夏萨那， 乌巴哈日尼，诶修 阿巴西玛，嘎罗 阿扬 依当，热那扎亚，阿巴嘎日南，亚地扎地扎，斯玛日 斯达达，依当 杜斯当，卡卡，卡嘿 卡嘿，玛日 玛日，格日哈那 格日哈那，班达 班达，哈那 哈那，达哈 达哈，巴匝 巴匝，迪那 麦给那 玛日亚 吽 啪。 此为猛咒，藏地的诛杀、诅咒、驱逐三事皆包含于此。嗡 希日 德威 吽 啪。 此为天女之名咒。嗡 舍扎 帕拉 威格念 吽 啪。 嗡 泽那 麦扎 帕香 咕如 吽 啪。 嗡 扎吉 惹匝 萨玛亚 贝哟 杜匝 吽 啪。 嗡 杜亚 扎姆 玛哈嘎拉 扎扎 吽 啪。 此为四位业使之心咒。如是尽力念诵后，最后将朵玛如本尊般加持，观想怙主及其眷属之舌，从吽字生出红色金刚光芒之毫毛，迎请朵玛，以祈请，心续以无漏之乐满足，心生欢喜。心咒之后加念：依当 巴令达 卡卡，卡嘿 卡嘿。 嗡 班杂 玛哈嘎拉 钦 舍扎 威格念 威那亚嘎 扎扎 日摩 巴令达 芒萨 日达 汝地日 卡卡 卡嘿 卡嘿。 同样，对眷属，在心咒之后加念：依当 巴令达 卡卡 卡嘿 卡嘿。 如此添加后，供养三次。嗡 玛哈嘎拉 萨巴日瓦日 阿刚 等。

Please accept. Grant me all siddhis at this time. Although there is no object of confession or that which is to be confessed, in order to purify the habitual tendencies of conceptual thought. To the venerable and supreme gurus of all places, by means of intense confession, may great bliss be attained. If you are not inclined to make requests and confessions, it is also acceptable to abandon them. Then, the recitation is as follows: Visualize from the HUM at your heart, the rosary of mantras, black in color, emitting red rays of light, abiding like a string of beads. The five rays of light strung together in the manner of a rosary thread, emerge from your mouth, enter the mouth of the Protector, and dissolve into the HUM at the heart of the Protector. Again, arising from the HUM, emerging from the navel of the Protector, entering your navel, and dissolving into the HUM at the heart. Thus, constantly contemplate it revolving like a wheel. Recite: OM VAJRA MAHAKALA KṢIṂ KṢETRA VIGHNAN VINAYAKA HUM HUM PHAT PHAT SVAHA. Recite the essence mantra as much as possible. The fierce recitation, with clear visualization: OM SHRI MAHAKALA, SHASANA, UPAHARINI, EṢO 'PAŚCIMA, KALO 'YAM IDAM, RATNA TRAYA, APAKARIṆAM, YATI PRATIJÑA, SMARA SITADA, IDAM DUṢṬAM, KHA KHA, KHĀHI KHĀHI, MĀRA MĀRA, GṚHṆA GṚHṆA, BANDHA BANDHA, HANA HANA, DAHA DAHA, PACA PACA, DINA MEKENA MARAYA HUM PHAT. This is the fierce mantra, which is considered to contain all three aspects of Tibetan practice: destruction, cursing, and expulsion. OM SHRI DEVI HUM PHAT. This is the name mantra of the goddess. OM KṢETRAPALA VIGHNAN HUM PHAT. OM JINA MITRA PAŚAM KURU HUM PHAT. OM ṬAKKI RAJA SAMAYA BHYOḤ DUJA HUM PHAT. OM DUYA JAM MAHAKALA TRAKṢAD HUM PHAT. These are the heart mantras of the four messengers. Having recited as much as possible in this way, finally consecrate the torma like a yidam deity. Visualize the tongue of the Protector and his retinue, from the HUM arising the hair-like red vajra light, invite the torma, and by making requests, may their minds be satisfied with the uncontaminated bliss and become delighted. At the end of the heart mantra, add: IDAM BALINGTA KHA KHA, KHĀHI KHĀHI. OM VAJRA MAHAKALA KṢIṂ KṢETRA VIGHNAN VINAYAKA TRAKA RAKMO BALINGTA MAMSA RAKTA RUDHIRA KHA KHA KHĀHI KHĀHI. Similarly, for the retinue, at the end of the heart mantra, add: IDAM BALINGTA KHA KHA KHĀHI KHĀHI. Having added this, offer three times each. OM MAHAKALA SAPARIVARA ARGHAM, etc.

Offer. Offer the inner offering as before. Then, this sacrificial torma, adorned with all kinds of ornaments, possessing color, smell, taste, touch, power, ability, and supreme perfection. Offer to the glorious lord of wisdom, Mahākāla Legden Nagpo, the slayer of demons, the executioner who cuts off life, the general who subdues demons, the destroyer of the triple city of the Rakshasa Lanka Puri, the enemy deity of yoga, the protector of vidyādharas, the life force of the teachings, the slayer of those who break vows, the executioner of oath-eaters, together with the assembly of a million black retinues, and the mother goddesses who eat flesh, the paternal lineage, the maternal lineage, together with the assembly, and the four emanation workers, the ten direction protectors, the seventy pure lineages, the ocean of oath-bound ones. I request and pray to you: please protect the Buddha's teachings, praise the dignity of the Three Jewels, and maintain the Dharma wheel of the Sangha. In particular, those who destroy the Buddha's teachings, slander the dignity of the Three Jewels, harm the bodies of lamas, khenpos, parents, etc., commit the five heinous crimes, harm and injure all sentient beings, and those who harbor hatred and malicious thoughts towards us, the teachers and disciples and retinue, please subdue all evil thoughts and harsh actions through peaceful means. If you cannot subdue them through peaceful means, please kill, expel, separate, paralyze, stupefy, suppress, threaten, and intimidate them. Furthermore, please pacify all obstacles arising from past karma and immediate circumstances, be the companion for all activities and accomplishments, and fulfill all wishes. Glorious protector and retinue, by offering this torma, may I liberate those who slander the dignity of the Three Jewels, denigrate the Mahayana, destroy and divide the teachings, harm the bodies of lamas, and hate me, the yogi.
