Visualize Ekajati, red-black in color, with four arms, three eyes, holding a trident, human heart, wet skull, iron hook, and a jackal skin. Recite the mantra for the goddess: Mama Traka Rura Maraya Hum Phat The eight Dakinis are also visualized as red in color, which is a special feature. If you want to know more about the praises, offering rituals, and supplications of this deity, you can refer to the ancient texts. Understand that the essence of this practice is only this, and the profound instructions are separate, and should be practiced accordingly. The initiation of this practice: There are two lineages. The first is the lineage from Phagmo Drupa. The arrangement is: the mandala should be in accordance with the meditation, or simplified to a circle, with blue triangles equal to the number of deities, with a heart-shaped torma in the center, decorated with mani stones. Around it, place offering tormas equal to the number of deities, skull cups of nectar, inner offerings, etc. If it is very simplified, even without a mandala, it is fine, relying only on the torma. The torma offerings and so on are as described above. Let the disciples first listen to the preliminary teachings, and then offer a mandala. "To protect the Buddha's teachings, to praise the glory of the Three Jewels, to destroy heresies and obstacles, please grant me the empowerment of the protector." Pray like this three times. With the usual confession as a preliminary, aim for the generation of Bodhicitta. Recite the refuge in the Three Jewels three times, and have the disciples repeat after you. The actual initiation is: from the heart of the Lama Heruka, a blue light appears like a falling thunderbolt, circling the disciple's body three times counterclockwise and dissolving into the crown of the head. This purifies the impure body, transforming it into a great mass of blue light. From this, in the center of a great palace playing in the charnel ground, on a lotus and sun seat, the syllable Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:) transforms into a vajra kila, marked with the syllable Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:). From there, light radiates. From "abiding," visualize the form of the protector. From the heart of the Lama, light radiates, from the Cool Grove, Nalanda, Glorious Mountain, etc., the wisdom beings and retinue make a buzzing and flashing sound.

Accompanied by sound, they arrive. As they dissolve into the student's body, contemplate that the sins and obscurations of the body are purified, and the blessings of the body are infused. Play music and recite the mantra loudly. Then, invite the deities of empowerment, the assembly of deities of Chakrasamvara, into the sky in front. Focus on bestowing the empowerment according to the realization. Bestow the empowerment with a skull cup filled with nectar. This includes bestowing the subsequent permission of the body and showering the blessings of the body. Focus on the recitation transmission of the mantra, and have them repeat the ten syllables and the Shasana three times. After praying to the Bhagavan and others, make it consistent with the general blessed transmission. From the rays of light from the heart of the lama, from places of natural abode and cool groves, etc., invite countless mantra syllables and dissolve them into the mantra garland in the student's heart, contemplating that the sins and obscurations of speech are purified, and the blessings of speech are infused. Play music, bestow the subsequent permission of speech, and shower the blessings of speech. By generating devotion and longing for the lama, the yidam, and the visualized deities in front, light radiates from the heart of the lama and dissolves into one's own body. The body gradually melts from top to bottom, dissolving into the mantra wheel in the heart. That dissolves into the syllable Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), and that is also gathered into the nada. When the nada also becomes invisible, rest in equanimity. Again, with the sound of the syllable Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), instantly visualize the student as the form of the Protector. By generating devotion and longing for the guru, light radiates from his heart. From the visualized deities in front, and from places of natural abode and cool groves, etc., invite countless wisdom implements that are non-dual with the guru's mind, and perform activities such as subduing enemies and obstacles. As they dissolve into the student's heart, contemplate that the sins and obscurations of mind are purified, and the blessings of mind are infused. Play music, bestow the subsequent permission of mind, and shower the blessings of mind. The command for the activity torma is: Hold the radiant torma on the student's head, and visualize it as the Protector and his retinue. Above that, clearly visualize the guru and the mandala of Chakrasamvara as inseparable. Have them meditate that the upper part is surrounded by the lineage lamas. The assembly of lamas and yidams commands the Dharma protectors and guardians.
