Dedication and auspicious wishes. Regarding the subsequent permission for this Kāmarāja (Desire King), there are three types: the not-so-profound method, the profound method, and the སྐག་ཆོལ་ permission. Among them, the first is according to the agreement of the hundred methods of accomplishment, only performing the Torma empowerment. The third is, it is only the blessing that is closely needed for the mandala activities, and it is not written here because it is very confidential. The second is, in the red crescent-shaped mandala, arrange a bouquet of eight-petaled lotuses. On top of that, place a low table, and arrange the Torma with the special shape mentioned above as the supporting Torma. In front, arrange extensive offering Tormas and offerings. First, give the preliminary Torma and the obstacle Torma, and expel the obstacles. The offering blessing is the same as the general ritual. Generate oneself as Kāmarāja himself or any yidam. As for the former, it is as mentioned above. Purify the front generation. From emptiness, up to the crown ornament, generate as in the self-generation. At the forehead, recite Om (ༀ, Devanagari: ओँ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal meaning: Om), at the throat, recite Ah (ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: आः, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, Literal meaning: Ah), at the heart, recite Hum (ཧཱུཾ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hum). Recite as much as possible. Offer the Torma as before. Again, make offerings and praises, and pray to accept the disciples. The disciples bathe, offer gifts and mandalas. Vajra 15-65 Lord of Yoga, the main deity. The secret ritual is unparalleled. The supreme mantra of empowerment. Please grant it to me without fail. Pray with this. Take refuge in the Three Jewels. Etc., do the usual confession. From Om (ༀ, Devanagari: ओँ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal meaning: Om) shunyata, up to becoming inseparable from the three, focus as in the realization. When inviting the wisdom deity, play great music. Grant the permission of the body. On the lotus sun disc in the disciple's heart, place the letter Hum (ཧཱུཾ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hum). If the teacher himself has previously done the self-generation as Kāmarāja, then on the teacher's heart, if doing another yidam, then on the lotus sun disc in the heart of the front-generated yidam, arrange the seed letter and mantra garland Āli Kāli surrounding it. Have the disciple also visualize it clearly in the same way. On the mandala smeared with red sandalwood, arrange a bouquet of red flowers, and at this time, offer it to the teacher's hand, reciting "The earth is perfumed", etc. Although it seems that later practices do not do this, it is good if it can be accomplished because it is a special Dharma. Buddhas of the three times.

Of all places, born from impartial great compassion, for the sake of accomplishing activities and siddhis, please grant permission. Thus, pray three times with repetition. The first two sentences are the same, with the meaning of profound activities of skillful means. Do you believe in this great secret? Thus, the teacher asks. To that word, I believe in this great secret. Translate it like this and have it repeated. Then, bestow it in accordance with the common way of recitation transmission. Bhagavan, I have taken hold of it. Etc., is also the same as the common. It is the subsequent permission of speech. The subsequent permission of mind is: By placing the torma on the head, the wrathful King of Desire, the dakinis of the thirty-two places, each chief mother surrounded by a retinue of hundreds of thousands. Accompanied by mantras and great musical sounds, they come roaring. King of Desire, may you all reside on the crown of your heads. Visualize that the retinue pervades all of space above, below, and in all directions. To them, the lama commands, in order to accomplish without hindrance all your own desires, such as the four activities, please contemplate. Then, combined with the sound of great musical instruments, all the Buddhas of the three times, with the great activity of peace, pacify diseases and harms, increase life and merit, subdue those to be tamed, and slay those who harm the teachings. All the Buddhas of the three times, the wrathful one blessed by grace, the one who performs the work of the empowerment messenger, the wrathful King of Desire, accomplish the work to be done by this one. Thirty-two dakinis, please accomplish the work to be done by this one. After that, fiercely recite the root mantra. Then, to the above Buddhas of the three times, etc., accomplish this great secret. Recite it like this, offer incense, and give permission. Be diligent in this practice, keep it secret from those who are not vessels, and transmit it only to a few who are fortunate. Thus, instruct. Then, the chief one, as before, etc., offer the mandala. From today onwards, etc., do. Perform the tsok offering. Again, offer gifts in accordance with the activity. Replenish the offerings, make praises and offerings. Pray fiercely. From making up for deficiencies with the hundred-syllable mantra onwards, do as before. The command of all the dakinis.
