Practice in emptiness. In the midst of emptiness, from the syllable Hūṃ arises a protective wheel, and upon a lotus and sun disc are male and female lords of hosts subdued. The yellow Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽) completely transforms, and oneself becomes the glorious protector of wisdom, with a body color that is yellow with a slight reddish hue. With three faces and six arms, the main face is yellow, the right face is white, and the left face is red. Possessing three eyes each and bared fangs, with yellow hair swirling upwards. The first two of the right and left hands hold a curved knife and a skull cup filled with blood, embracing the consort at the heart, one above the other. The second of the right hands holds a victory banner, and the third holds an উৎপala flower. The second of the left hands holds a mongoose, and the third holds a lasso. With the right leg bent and the left leg extended, pressing down upon the male and female lords of hosts. Adorned with the eight charnel ground ornaments. The consort, the wrathful goddess, is smoke-colored, holding a curved knife and skull cup, embracing. Both are dwelling amidst the blazing fire of wisdom. On the forehead is Oṃ (Tibetan: ༀ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 嗡), on the throat is Āḥ (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Chinese literal meaning: 啊), and on the heart is Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽). From one's own heart, rays of light emanate, inviting all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, and from the great charnel ground Cool Grove, the swift accomplisher together with their retinue. Vajra samājaḥ (Tibetan: བཛྲ་ས་མཱ་ཛཿ, Sanskrit Romanization: vajra samājaḥ). Jaḥ hūṃ baṃ hoḥ (Tibetan: ཛཿཧཱུཾ་བཾ་ཧོཿ, Sanskrit Romanization: jaḥ hūṃ baṃ hoḥ), dissolving into oneself, inseparable. Again, from the heart, rays of light emanate, inviting the five families of empowerment deities together with their retinue. Vajra samājaḥ (Tibetan: བཛྲ་ས་མཱ་ཛཿ, Sanskrit Romanization: vajra samājaḥ). Oṃ vajri bhava abhiṣiñca hūṃ (Tibetan: ༀ་བཛྲི་བྷ་ཝ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུཾ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ vajri bhava abhiṣiñca hūṃ). Thus spoken, and empowerment is bestowed. The body is filled, impurities are cleansed, and the remaining water surges upwards, crowned with Akṣobhya. Guru mahākāla kṣiṃ uṣṇīṣa ya yakṣa hūṃ (Tibetan: གུ་རུ་མཧཱ་ཀཱ་ལ་ཀྵིཾ་ཨུཥྞི་ཥ་ཡ་ཡཀྵ་ཧཱུཾ, Sanskrit Romanization: guru mahākāla kṣiṃ uṣṇīṣa ya yakṣa hūṃ). Ratna gri siddhi hūṃ (Tibetan: རཏྣ་གྲི་སིདྡྷི་ཧཱུཾ, Sanskrit Romanization: ratna gri siddhi hūṃ). Prajñā vardhani svāhā (Tibetan: པྲཛྙཱ་ཝརྡ་ནི་སྭཱཧཱ, Sanskrit Romanization: prajñā vardhani svāhā). Recite as much as possible. Purify the front generation with amṛta (Tibetan: ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अमृत, Sanskrit Romanization: amṛta, Chinese literal meaning: 甘露), purify with svabhāva (Tibetan: སྭ་བྷཱ་ཝ, Sanskrit Devanagari: स्वभाव, Sanskrit Romanization: svabhāva, Chinese literal meaning: 自性). From the state of emptiness up to the crown ornament, it is similar to the self-generation, except for omitting "one's own mind" and "oneself," which is the difference. Offer with arghaṃ to śapta. Repel curses and protect, increase life and wisdom, perform peaceful and enriching actions, I prostrate to you, Lama Protector. Praise in this way. Focus on the front generation and recite as much as possible. The blessing of the torma is the same as the realization of the Black One. Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ guru mahākāla idaṃ bāliṃta kha kha khāhi khāhi).
