Da da, idam dushtam, kha kha, khahi khahi, ma ra ma ra, grihna grihna, bandha bandha, hana hana, daha daha, paca paca, dina meke na ma ra ya hum phat. This is a wrathful mantra, said to contain all three aspects of Tibetan subjugation, killing, and expulsion. Om shri devi hum phat. This is the name mantra of the goddess. Om kshetra pala vighnan hum phat. Om jina mitra pasham kuru hum phat. Om takki raja sa ma ya bhyoh du ja hum phat. Om du yag dzam maha kala trakshad hum phat. This is the essence of the four karmakaras. Having recited thus, as much as possible, finally bless the torma as if it were the yidam. Visualize the tongues of Mahakala and his retinue as red vajra rays emanating from the syllable HUM (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽), and with these rays, draw the torma and offer it. Their minds are satisfied with the uncontaminated bliss and become delighted. At the end of the heart mantra, add: Idam balingta kha kha, khahi khahi. Om vajra maha kala kshim kshetra vighnan vinayaka traka ragmo balingta, mamsa rakta rutira kha kha khahi khahi. Offer with Om maha kala sa parivara argham, etc. Offer the inner offering as before. Then, this offering torma, adorned with all ornaments, possessing excellent and complete qualities of color, smell, taste, touch, power, and virtue, is offered to: Glorious Wisdom Protector Mahakala Legden Nagpo, the slayer of demons, the butcher of life, the general who subdues demons, the destroyer of the three-tiered city of Rakshasa Lanka Puri, the enemy god of yogis, the protector of vidyadharas, the life-force of the teachings, the slayer of those who break their vows, the executioner of oath-breakers, and the assembly of a million black retinues, the flesh-eating mothers, the male lineage, the female lineage, the four emanation karmakaras, the ten directional protectors, the seventy pure lineages, and all the oath-bound ocean of assemblies. We request and beseech you to protect the teachings of the Buddha, praise the glory of the Three Jewels, and maintain the Dharma wheel of the Sangha. Especially, those who destroy the teachings of the Buddha, revile the glory of the Three Jewels, and harm lamas, acharyas, parents, and so on.

Those who are unfavorable to the Guru, commit the five heinous crimes, cause harm and injury to all sentient beings, and those who harbor hatred towards us, the master and disciples and retinue, and all the evil thoughts and harsh actions of hostile demons with malicious minds, please subdue them by peaceful means. If you cannot subdue them by peaceful means, please kill, expel, separate, stiffen, stupefy, suppress, threaten, and display your power. Furthermore, may all obstacles arising from past karma and present circumstances be pacified, may you be the companion for all activities and accomplishments, and may you accomplish all wishes. To the glorious Protector and retinue, I offer this torma of offerings. May the great Black One liberate those who revile the Three Jewels, slander the Great Vehicle, destroy and divide the Sangha, are unfavorable to the Guru, and hate the yogi me. Shatrun Mara Ya Phat! Thus it is said. Hūṃ! Homage to the Swift-Acting Avalokiteśvara! With anklets on his feet, he suppresses Vinayaka. The Great Black One wears a tiger skin loincloth, and is adorned with six arms and snake ornaments. The right hands hold a curved knife, a rosary, and the last one fiercely shakes a damaru. The left hands hold a skull cup filled with blood and a trident, and similarly, he binds with a lasso. He opens his fierce mouth, bares his fangs, has three fierce eyes, and his hair blazes upwards.
