了知教敕成办事业之使者，降伏难调众生化现种种身，我等赞颂四位行事使者，大自在天阎魔水神夜叉与，火神罗刹风神生灵及，上方梵天大地女神等，顶礼赞叹化现之十方护法，吉祥怙主七十五尊及，誓盟海众之军队等，享用此血肉食子，息灭瑜伽我等眷属之，违逆之缘与障碍，赐予顺合之成就，祈请成办委托之事业。若有食子，则点燃灯火于房屋上等处供奉，吉祥怙主玛哈嘎拉及，玛吉欲界自在热玛德，兄妹您等不违越教敕之，克舍札巴吉那弥扎与，札吉惹札魔怙主札夏达，以及眷属众之，种姓清净怙主与眷属众，誓盟海众之军队与眷属众，吉祥黑怙主与眷属众，请降临此处享用庄严之食子，请享用血肉红色之食子，请享用赡部洲之美食，请享用札嘎英雄之药精华，供养先前委托之善妙酬谢，领受现在委托事业之恳切祈请，守护眷属回遮违缘等，怨恨之仇敌与损害之魔障等，以及众多魔碍，祈请全部如微尘般消散，迅速成办此弘扬佛法之事业，祈请成办瑜伽委托之事业。若无食子，则于日常修持之时，不必作此共同仪轨。念诵百字明咒。未及与缺失等，以及未得圆满与，任何无力之处，于此处所作之事，祈请您等宽恕。于无别之喇嘛怙主前，我以恭敬之心皈依，愿我能消除所有众生之，所有烦恼。嗡，您成办所有众生之利益，赐予随顺之成就，祈请于佛刹逝世后，再次降临。

Knowing the messengers who accomplish the enlightened commands, Subduing unruly beings, manifesting various forms, We praise the four acting messengers, Great自在天Ishvara, Yama, water deity, Yaksha, Fire deity, Rakshasa, wind deity, and elemental spirits, Above, Brahma, the earth goddess, etc., We prostrate and praise the ten directional protectors of manifestation. Glorious Protector Seventy-five and, The oath-bound ocean of armies, etc., Please accept this blood and flesh torma, Pacify the unfavorable conditions and obstacles of the yogi, ourselves, and our retinue, Grant harmonious accomplishments, And accomplish the entrusted activities. If there is a torma offering, offer it by lighting lamps on the roof of the house, etc. Glorious Protector Mahakala and, Magcig, the自在天Ishvara of the desire realm, Remati, Brother and sister, may you not transgress the commands of, Kshetrapala Jina Mitra and, Takkiraja, demon lord Trakshad, And the protectors of the pure lineage of the directions, with their retinues, The oath-bound ocean of armies, with their retinues, Glorious Great Black One, with your retinue, Please come here and accept this adorned torma, Please accept this red torma of blood and flesh, Please accept this Jambudvipa food, Please accept this essence of the medicine of the hero Zaga, Offering the excellent reward for the previous entrustment, Receive the earnest prayer for the work now entrusted, Protect the retinue and avert obstacles, Hateful enemies and harmful obstacles, And many demonic obstructions, May all be destroyed like dust particles. Quickly accomplish this work of spreading the teachings, Please accomplish the entrusted activities of the yogi. If there is no torma offering, then during the daily practice, this common ritual is not necessary. Recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra extensively. Deficiencies and impairments, And incompleteness, And any lack of ability, Whatever actions have been done here, May you all forgive them. To the inseparable Lama Protector, I respectfully take refuge, May I eliminate all the afflictions of all sentient beings. Om, may you accomplish all the benefits of sentient beings, Grant harmonious accomplishments, Please, after passing away in the Buddha-field, Come again.

朵玛宾客的智慧尊众前往自性之境。誓言尊融入自己的心间。若有依凭则作坚固安住。祈愿！功德圆满如雪山，加持如水流令具缘者满足，示现自心俱生者，法主上师尊吉祥！视修行者如子，不离如身与影，赐予具誓者成就，本尊众神之吉祥！誓言者追随修行者，息增怀诛等，如法成办各种事业，护法神众之吉祥！显有自解脱如幻如梦，大乐无间断之体验，心中无作空明如虚空，大乐大印之（吉祥）！依止修行者并作供养和，诽谤者任何众生，全部安置于菩提道，无等菩提心之（吉祥）！轮回涅槃一切之，吉祥地位所有者，圆满如河流般，恒常利益一切众生（吉祥）！福德增长如须弥山王，盛名远扬如虚空，长寿无病成办他利，功德如海至尊之吉祥！如是宣说吉祥之封印语。于此说：如是上师怙主无别之，修法略说仅此而已，众多圣者屡屡阐明，然为他人殷勤劝请而作。愿以此善，于修持菩提时，无有阻碍顺缘皆成办，殊胜与共同成就，速疾获得之因缘。凶暴怀恨者，刹那顷刻摧毁之，息增怀诛之，事业遍布十方。如是亦为众多殊胜善知识劝请，由觉囊派多罗那他于二十七岁时造作，其后又为众多求法者之利益，于三十二岁时略作易持。吉祥！

May the wisdom beings of the torma guests depart to their natural abode. May the samaya beings dissolve into one's own heart. If there is a support, may they remain steadfast. May there be prayers! Like a mountain of snow, perfectly complete with qualities, the blessings like a stream satisfy the fortunate ones, revealing the co-emergent nature of one's own mind, may the auspiciousness of the supreme Dharma Lord Lama prevail! Seeing practitioners as their own children, inseparable like body and shadow, bestowing accomplishments upon those with vows, may the auspiciousness of the Yidam deity assembly prevail! Those who follow the vow-bound practitioners, pacifying, increasing, subjugating, and wrathful actions, accomplishing various activities in accordance with the Dharma, may the auspiciousness of the Dharma protectors and guardians prevail! Appearances and existence are self-liberated, like illusions and dreams, the experience of great bliss is continuous, without mental fabrication, emptiness and clarity in the state of space, may the auspiciousness of the Great Bliss Mahamudra prevail! Those beings who rely on and make offerings to practitioners, and those who slander them, may all be placed on the path to enlightenment, may the auspiciousness of the unequaled Bodhicitta prevail! Of all samsara and nirvana, whatever auspicious states are attained, may the abundance, like a flowing river, always benefit all beings! May merit and prosperity increase like Mount Meru, may great fame spread like the sky, may there be long life, freedom from illness, and spontaneous accomplishment of the benefit of others, may the auspiciousness of the supreme ocean of qualities prevail! Thus, the auspicious sealing words are spoken. Here it is said: Thus, this brief explanation of the practice of the inseparable Lama and Protector, although many holy beings have repeatedly clarified it, was done at the urging of others. May this virtue, when practicing enlightenment, be free from obstacles and may all favorable conditions be accomplished, may it be the cause for quickly obtaining supreme and common accomplishments. May those who are cruel and full of hatred be destroyed in an instant, and may the activities of pacifying, increasing, subjugating, and wrathful actions spread in the ten directions. Thus, at the urging of many supreme virtuous friends, Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo Taranatha of Gyalkhams composed this at the age of twenty-seven, and later, for the benefit of many seekers, made it slightly easier to carry at the age of thirty-two. Mangalam!
