Visualize offering prostrations and offerings, join palms, and repeat these recitations. By this, obtain the subsequent permission of the noble goddess's body. Please have faith that the noble goddess's body and your own body are blessed as inseparable. For the sake of the subsequent permission of speech, visualize yourself clearly as the noble goddess, and on the lotus and sun disc in your heart, visualize the syllable HRĪḤ (藏文，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：Hrih), and with intense reverence and devotion to the guru and the front-generation noble goddess, from the hearts of both of them, a garland of mantras arises, emerges from their mouths, and enters your mouth.
