Sent into emptiness, purified by emptiness. From the state of emptiness, all containers and contents are transformed into the mandala of self-existing wisdom. Om, the nature is pure, all dharmas are pure, the nature is pure, I am. (Tibetan: ༀ་པྲ་ཀྲྀ་ཏེ་པ་རི་ཤུདྡྷ་སརྦ་དྷརྨ་པྲ་ཀྲྀ་ཏེ་པ་རི་ཤུདྡྷོ྅ཧཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओम् प्रकृति परिशुद्ध सर्वधर्म प्रकृति परिशुद्धोऽहम्, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ prakṛti pariśuddha sarvadharma prakṛti pariśuddho'ham, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, the nature is pure, all dharmas are pure, the nature is pure, I am.) In the center of the container world palace, the bodies of all sentient beings merge into one, the moon mandala minds merge into one, the white lotus marked with jewels merge into one, and its center is marked with Hrih (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hrih). From them, rays of light emanate. All Buddhas are invited in the form of the victorious Amitabha. Absorbed into the moon with the lotus Hrih (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hrih). After everything has merged into one and completely transformed, oneself becomes the noble Avalokiteśvara, with eleven faces and a thousand hands. The body is as white as the autumn moon, and the throat is blue. On top of the root white face, there are smiling and peaceful faces on the left and right sides of the ears, with six peaceful faces of blue, yellow, white, red, green, and maroon colors. In its inner layer, there are three wrathful faces: black, reddish-black, and bluish-gray. On the top of the hair bun is the face of Amitabha Buddha, with the appearance of celibacy, red. All eleven heads also have necks. The first two hands are clasped together in prayer at the heart. The right hands hold a rosary, arrow, wheel, sword, and trident. The left hands hold a golden lotus, bow, water pot, scripture, and khatvanga. The remaining nine hundred and eighty-eight hands pour a stream of nectar from the palms of the hands that grant supreme blessings. Each palm has an eye. The feet stand in the vajra posture or in an equal standing posture. Adorned with silk and precious jewels. On the left side is the goddess Tara, white, with a slightly reddish glow. The right hand embraces the main deity, and the left hand holds a blue lotus. In the sky above, the five Tathagatas hold nectar vases and constantly empower with streams of water. On the forehead is Om (Tibetan: ༀ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om), in the throat is Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Ah), in the heart is Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum), in the eyes is Kshim (Tibetan: ཀྵིཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: क्षिं, Sanskrit Romanization: kṣiṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Kshim), in the ears is Jrim (Tibetan: ཛྲིཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ज्रिं, Sanskrit Romanization: jriṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Jrim), in the nose is Kham (Tibetan: ཁཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: खं, Sanskrit Romanization: khaṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Kham), on the tongue is Gam (Tibetan: གཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: गं, Sanskrit Romanization: gaṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Gam), on the forehead is Skam (Tibetan: སྐཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: स्कं, Sanskrit Romanization: skaṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Skam), in the navel is Sam (Tibetan: སཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: सं, Sanskrit Romanization: saṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Sam). English

Nourish with nectar. Oṃ bodhicitta anurāga ya mi. Fill the stream with the bliss of subsequent attachment. In the navel, on a red lotus, is Āḥ. In the heart, on a blue lotus, is Hūṃ. On the crown of the head, on a white lotus, is Oṃ, head facing downwards. Restrain the life force and meditate on the burning and dripping as much as possible. Then, the recitation is: Oṃ Padma Hasta. Saha Sra Vajra Bhuja Neṣṭra Nīla Kāṣṭha. Lokeśvarāya Hūṃ Hūṃ Phaṭ. Oṃ Padma Tāre Hūṃ. Recite as much as possible, and in the end, rest in equanimity without any object of focus. Dedicate the merit. In between sessions, recognize all appearances and sounds as deities and mantras. Practice offering praises, the seven limbs, etc., as appropriate. For this, it is sufficient to explain the method of accomplishment to those who have received empowerment and then bestow the oral transmission of the mantra. This is the method of accomplishment of Avalokiteśvara according to the great accomplished master Kamala Gama. Possessing the nature of the six syllables, Named the Lord of Bliss, Seen by Sukadeva, Meditate according to the method of accomplishment. First, take refuge, generate bodhicitta, and cultivate the four immeasurables. Purify into emptiness with śūnyatā. From within emptiness, on a white lotus and a moon seat, from a white lotus stem marked with the mantra of six syllables, completely transformed, oneself becomes the noble Avalokiteśvara, Lord Sukhavati, with a white body, one face, and six arms. The first right hand is in the mudra of a three-pointed banner. The second holds a rosary. The third bestows the supreme gift with a jewel. The first left hand holds a white lotus stem marked with a jewel. The second holds a three-pointed staff. The last holds a water pot. Seated in a playful posture, adorned with silk and jewels, with a crown of matted hair. On the left side, embraced by the self-arisen consort holding an utpala flower. Crowned with the Victorious Buddha Amitābha. In the eyes, white Oṃ. In the ears, blue Ma. In the nose, yellow Ṇi.
