This lineage: Abhayakara, Sucharita, Anandakara Gupta, Ratna Rakshita, Ti Kirti Shri Bhadra Bo. ༈ The chapter on the practice method of Red Tara according to the Sa tradition. ༄༅! Om Swasti! Mother who gives birth to all the victorious ones, after paying homage to the goddess Tara, I will briefly write down the practice method of the red Tara's subjugation. First, generate refuge and the four immeasurables, and purify with emptiness. From the state of emptiness, one's own mind transforms from the letter A into a red moon, and from the letter TAM (藏文：ཏཱཾ，梵文天城体：ताṁ，梵文罗马拟音：tāṁ，汉语字面意思：当) into a lotus flower, marked with the letter TAM (藏文：ཏཱཾ，梵文天城体：ताṁ，梵文罗马拟音：tāṁ，汉语字面意思：当). From the emanation and gathering of light, one becomes Red Tara, with a smiling and desirous demeanor. The right hand holds an iron hook on the knee, and the left hand holds the stem of a red lotus flower, with the flower blooming next to the ear and the root in the form of a lasso, holding it at the heart. She sits in the posture of a Bodhisattva, adorned with silk and jewels, and has three eyes. At the heart, on the moon, is the letter HRĪḤ (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：啥), on the forehead is the letter OṂ (藏文：ༀ，梵文天城体：ओ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡), at the throat is the letter ĀḤ (藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：啊), and at the heart is the letter HŪṂ (藏文：ཧཱུཾ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽). Wisdom Being Vajrasamāja (藏文：བཛྲ་ས་མཱ་ཛཿ，梵文天城体：वज्रसमाजा，梵文罗马拟音：vajrasamāja，汉语字面意思：金刚萨玛扎)! Jaḥ Hūṃ Baṃ Hoḥ (藏文：ཛཿཧཱུཾ་བཾ་ཧོཿ，梵文天城体：जः हुं बं होः，梵文罗马拟音：jaḥ hūṃ baṃ hoḥ，汉语字面意思：扎 吽 班 霍)! The deities of subjugation say Oṃ Vajri Bhava Abhiṣiñca Hūṃ (藏文：ༀ་བཛྲི་བྷ་ཝ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུཾ།，梵文天城体：ओ वज्रि भव अभिषिञ्च हुं，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajri bhava abhiṣiñca hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡 金刚 成为 灌顶 吽)! Saying this, they bestow empowerment. The body is filled, and impurities are cleansed. From the remaining water, Amitabha adorns the head. At the heart, on the lotus and moon, visualize the seed syllable and mantra garland clearly. Recite Oṃ Tāre Tuttāre Saṃ Tāre Ṇi Hrīḥ Svāhā (藏文：ༀ་ཏཱ་རེ་ཏུཏྟཱ་རེ་སཾ་ཏཱ་རེ་ཎཱི་ཧྲིཿསྭཱ་ཧཱ།，梵文天城体：ओ तारे तुत्तारे सं तारे णि ह्रीः स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ tāre tuttāre saṃ tāre ṇi hrīḥ svāhā，汉语字面意思：嗡 达热 德达热 桑达热 尼 啥 梭哈) as much as possible, reciting it 1.5 million times. Then, recite Oṃ Tāre Tuttāre Saṃ Tāre Ṇi Ye Che Ge Mo Subjugate, Ratna Siddhi Vaśaṃ Kuru Hrīḥ Svāhā (藏文：ༀ་ཏཱ་རེ་ཏུཏྟཱ་རེ་སཾ་ཏཱ་རེ་ཎཱི་ཡེ་ཆེ་གེ་མོ་དབང་དུ་བསྡུས་ཤིག རཏྣ་སིདྡྷི་ཝ་ཤཾ་ཀུ་རུ་ཧྲཱིཿསྭཱཧཱ།，梵文天城体：ओ तारे तुत्तारे सं तारे णि ये चे के मो वशं कुरु ह्रीः स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ tāre tuttāre saṃ tāre ṇi ye ce ke mo vaśaṃ kuru hrīḥ svāhā，汉语字面意思：嗡 达热 德达热 桑达热 尼 耶 切 给某 怀摄，然那 悉地 瓦香 咕如 啥 梭哈) the action mantra one million times, and thus the recitation is completed. During the session breaks, contemplate the deity as indistinct, and then dedicate the merit. Offer tormas and flowers.
