Extremely rare, the wish-fulfilling wheel, the joyful crown, this supreme heart essence practice method is the unsurpassed blessing. This is the section on the practice method of Avalokiteśvara Wish-Fulfilling Wheel. ༈ The practice method of Eleven-Faced One saving from the eight fears. ༄༅། །The practice method of Eleven-Faced One saving from the eight fears. Oṃ svāsti! Great compassion, all accomplishments, the form of all the sons of the Buddhas, after respectfully bowing to them, I will explain the practice method that eliminates all fears. The Noble Eleven-Faced One is similar to the practice method of Palmo (Śrīdevī), in the center of an eight-petaled lotus, like the Noble Eleven-Faced Palmo, seated in the vajra posture. On each of the eight petals is the syllable Hrīḥ (藏文,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉字字面意思:啥), from which emanate the eight forms of Noble Avalokiteśvara who save from the eight fears: In the east is the white one who saves from the fear of fire, with the right hand in the gesture of protection and holding a yak-tail fan, and the left hand holding a lotus and a crystal. In the south is the white one who saves from the fear of water, with the right hand in the gesture of protection and holding a jewel, and the left hand holding a lotus and a dharma wheel. Similarly, for the others as well. Know that the first two hands only make the gesture of protection and hold a lotus. In the west is the yellow one who saves from the fear of lions, holding a jewel and a book. In the north is the reddish-yellow one who saves from the fear of elephants, holding an utpala flower and a fire crystal. In the southeast is the red one who saves from the fear of weapons, holding an iron hook and a lasso. In the southwest is the green one who saves from the fear of nāgas, holding a victory banner and a vase of nectar, residing on a makara. In the northwest is the black one who saves from the fear of ḍākinīs, holding a trident and a banner. In the northeast is the red one who saves from the fear of rākṣasas, holding a vajra and a bell. All of these have a wrathful demeanor, complete with the ornaments and attire of a wrathful deity, with the left leg extended. The remaining generation stage and the dhāraṇī mantra are also done as in the Palmo practice. This does not require a torma offering, nor does it require empowerment, it is accomplished by merely receiving the transmission. It is said to be the view of the scholar Chandragomin, and is the instruction of the glorious Atiśa. Saving from all fears, the practice method is a supreme place of joy, with concise and expanded great verses, this is just a brief summary of the heart essence. This is the section on the practice method of Eleven-Faced One saving from the eight fears. Dar Ra.

May it increase and flourish! May there be auspiciousness! ༈ The section on the practice method of Avalokiteśvara Vajragarbha Thoroughly Destroying. Oṃ svasti! Whatever is meditated upon and recited, such as the faults of theft and defilement, all are destroyed by Avalokiteśvara. The supreme practice method will be explained. At the beginning of the session, confess sins as much as possible, and after taking refuge and generating bodhicitta, instantly visualize oneself as Lord Avalokiteśvara, with a white body and five central faces stacked, extremely wrathful and blue. The three right faces are stacked and white, and the three left faces are stacked and red and peaceful. The first two hands are blue, joined at the heart. The other two white hands hold a vajra rosary and a red lotus. The third two hands hold a wheel and a bow and arrow. The fourth two hands hold an iron hook and a fire mass, standing upright in the middle of the blazing fire mass. Other characteristics are the same as usual. In the heart, visualize the three mantras surrounding the syllable (ཧྲཱིཿ, HRIH, hrīḥ, Hrih) in order, and recite (ༀ་ཨཱཿཧྲཱིཿཧཱུཾ།, OM AH HRIH HUM, oṃ āḥ hrīḥ hūṃ, Om Ah Hrih Hum) and (ༀ་མ་ཎི་པདྨེ་ཧཱུཾ་, OM MANI PADME HUM, oṃ maṇi padme hūṃ, Om Mani Padme Hum) and Namo Ratna Trayaya, Namo Bhagavate, Maha Karunikaya, Vajra Sara Pramardani, Tathagataya, Arhate, Samyaksambuddhaya, Tadyatha, Om Dhara Dhara, Dhiri Dhiri, Dhuru Dhuru, Itte, Vatte, Tsale Tsale, Pratsale Pratsale, Sarva Klesha, Sarva Karma Avaranani, Shuddhe Shuddhe, Vishuddhe Vishuddhe, Gagana Svabhava Vishuddhe Svaha. Recite these as much as possible. At the end, meditate on the meaning of emptiness. Dedicate the merit. This is the oral instruction of Mitra Jogi. For those who have obtained other Dharma cycles of Avalokiteśvara, it is accomplished through transmission. Universally praised for purifying sins and obscurations, a crown of joy that surpasses all protection. Practice this as the essence, and it is certain that there will be unsurpassed blessings. The section on the practice method of Avalokiteśvara Vajragarbha Thoroughly Destroying is complete.
