Thus, the painted image, mandala, offering torma, etc., should be arranged facing south, as described above. The practitioner should face north. As explained in the above offering ritual, after the offerings have been blessed, beginning with taking refuge, the complete self-generation should be performed. The main part of the recitation is also this stage of self-generation. When the session of self-generation is complete, it is best to perform the complete offering torma ritual described above at the end of each of the four sessions. If that is not possible, then in the morning and evening sessions, perform one complete ritual including the self-generation, front generation, offering torma, etc. In the two intermediate sessions, perform only the self-generation from taking refuge to dedicating the merit. If even that is not possible, then at the end of the morning session, praise the extensive activities of offering torma. Furthermore, if even that is not possible due to extreme laziness, then at the end of the morning session, perform the daily practice torma ritual as shown above. On auspicious days such as the fifteenth of each month, performing the extensive ritual including the front generation torma will also accomplish the practice. In general, the measure of recitation is that the ten-syllable mantra, not including the mantra expansion words, should be recited ten hundred thousand times. If it reaches one hundred million, then one will have the power to accomplish activities and attainments. However, even reciting for about seven days will bring immeasurable benefits, so that too should definitely be done diligently. In general, in this region of the snowy land (Tibet) (15-31), it is said that about five lineages of White Tara Dharma cycles have appeared, namely the lineage of Jowo Je, the lineage of Nyan Lotsawa, the lineage of Bari Lotsawa, and the lineage of the near lineage Panchen Nakrin. These four are related to the instructions of the teacher Ngawang Drakpa. The fifth is the lineage of Panchen Shakya Shri, in which the deity mantra also exists in a different form. Among these, this one is mainly based on the early Gelug tradition. Later, in the new documents of the White Tara practice offering ritual of the Gelug tradition, the complete rights of this lineage are not available, and mixtures of other traditions such as self-entry of Samadhi initiation, and many self-made contents are also seen. Here, all these faults are avoided with effort, and the essence of this lineage is complete and unmixed.

An excellent expression of encouragement. In the liberation aspect of the inconceivable and profound, although a person of inferior intelligence (cannot abandon [a beggar carelessly abandons] what happened), this, which relies on oral instructions and is slightly embellished, is a place of joy for those with intelligence who are devoted to this path. By writing this in a completely pure manner, may all beings attain the state of the immortal Vajra. May the Tara who is the mother of the Buddhas, quickly attain the state of enlightenment. This is the White Tara Jowo method. Based on the two lineages of transmitted precepts, this clear exposition of the practice of approach and accomplishment is called the Excellent Vase of Ambrosia. It is also sustained and maintained by the blessings of Jigten Gonpo Taklung Thangpa. At the urging of the command of the lord of power, the noble Miwang Tseten Dorje, it was composed at Nyentok Monastery by Gyalkhampa Tāranātha, also known as Kunga Nyingpo. May there be auspiciousness! May there be auspiciousness! A section on the subsequent permission, a branch of the White Tara Wish-Fulfilling Wheel practice. Om Swasti! (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Roman transliteration, meaning in Chinese) Om May there be well-being! The embodiment of the goddess of spontaneously accomplished activity, I respectfully bow to the assembly of Taras. The subsequent permission of the Wish-Fulfilling Wheel, I will write the order slightly. In this, the order of the teacher's actions, self-generation, front generation, and everything else, should be done like the Ambrosia Vase, which clearly explains the practice of approach and accomplishment of White Tara. If it is not possible to draw an eight-petaled lotus with colored powders, it is sufficient to arrange just a collection of offerings on a mandala. After the praise of the front generation, before the Torma ritual, recite as much as possible. At the end of the Torma ritual, take the disciples. If it is not possible for the disciples to bathe at the door, 15-32 cleanse them with mouth-rinsing water. Seat them on the seats, and perform the ritual of offering and receiving flowers. The teacher should say this: For the benefit of all sentient beings, I wish to attain the state of perfect and complete enlightenment of the Buddha, the unsurpassed and all-knowing. Until I attain that state, may all fears and obstacles, both internal and external, be pacified, and may all my wishes be accomplished without hindrance. In particular, may all adverse conditions to life be pacified, and may I attain the accomplishment of the immortal life. Therefore, I request the profound subsequent permission of the Wish-Fulfilling Wheel of the noble and venerable White Tara, with the supreme aspiration for enlightenment.
