Relying on the earth. May you be pleased with the vast torma. From us yogis, may everything be accomplished. Those who have not arrived, etc., your sentient beings, etc. Vajra Muh! Vajra Muh) Please depart. The activity of this empowerment is as follows: Draw an eight-petaled lotus, triple-layered, with white powdered colors. On top of the center, place a vase with essence and ornaments on a manzhi. 15-202 According to later practice, it is also acceptable to rely on just three mandala mounds. In any case, arrange a vast offering torma. After generating oneself as before, bless it in accordance with the general offering. Purify the front generation. From emptiness, if there is no vase, then on top of the mounds, and if there is, then on top of the vase, from the melting of the white Hrih (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ) onwards, until it is placed on the ground. From one's own heart, radiate light. From "radiate light" onwards, until "Jah Hum Bam Hoh (藏文:ཛཿཧཱུཾ་བཾ་ཧོཿ)" as before. The phrase "to me" is changed to "to these disciples." Here, recite as much as possible. After purifying the torma, until the prayer for desired aims as before. Then, after the disciples have bathed and are seated in rows, clarify the generation of bodhicitta. Explain the Dharma, including the history. The disciples offer a mandala. Request the guru to consider. I, named..., from this time until the essence of enlightenment, regard the noble Avalokiteshvara as the yidam. Request the guru to grant me empowerment. Pray three times. Perform the seven-branch prayer of good conduct three times. Or recite the extensive refuge and bodhicitta, or recite it briefly. Recite "Buddha, Dharma, Sangha" three times. The actual basis of the empowerment is like the Abhisamaya. The empowerment of the body and, for speech, the recitation transmission, the transmission of vows and blessings, the hand gestures and rosary of the mind, and the merging of white lotuses, etc., are similar to the general practice. If there is a vase, then from "how it was born" onwards, until "Shri Ye Hum (藏文:ཤྲཱི་ཡེ་ཧཱུཾ)" the vase is placed on the head. While reciting the six-syllable mantra, they drink and are allowed to bathe. The subsequent activities are also similar to the general practice. This sadhana is the view of Atisha. It is transmitted from Nagtso and Chag Sorwa. It descended upon Kyer Gangpa, and it is a lineage of only face-to-face encounters. Among them, there are outer sadhana and inner sadhana, this is the outer sadhana.

Po. The six-syllable mantra is well known to all, and other pleasing practices are the essence of the accomplished ones' hearts, clearly elucidated without error. The six-syllable mantra of Avalokiteśvara, the practice sequence of the Jowo lineage. The practice sequence of the noble Avalokiteśvara, the Lord of the World, from the four deities of the Kadampa. Oṃ svāsti! Glorious and pleasing Potala, adorning the three realms of the world, the second teacher Lord of the World. Having prostrated to him, I will explain the practice. Having preceded with the seven-branch offering and refuge and bodhicitta, from emptiness, in one's own heart, on the moon above the letter A, the white Hrīḥ (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:啥). Its light fills the body. Transforming oneself into Avalokiteśvara, body color white, one face and four arms, the first two hands joined in prayer at the heart, the second right hand holding a crystal rosary, the second left hand holding a stem of a white lotus. Seated in the vajra posture. On the crown of the matted hair is Amitābha. Adorned with silk and jewels. In each pore of the hair, there are countless Buddha-fields. In the heart, the Hrīḥ (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:啥) residing on the moon disc radiates light. Inviting the assembly of wisdom deities of Avalokiteśvara, Bajara Samaja Performing mental offerings. Jaḥ Hūṃ Baṃ Hoḥ (藏文:ཛཿཧཱུཾ་བཾ་ཧོཿ). On the forehead, the white Oṃ (藏文:ༀ་,梵文天城体:ॐ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), in the throat the red Āḥ (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:阿), in the heart the blue Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུཾ་,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽). Meditating on the seed syllable with the garland of mantras. While contemplating great compassion for sentient beings. Reciting Oṃ Maṇi Padme Hūṃ (藏文:ༀ་མ་ཎི་པདྨེ་ཧཱུཾ།). Recite as much as possible. At the end of the session, to the wisdom deity residing in front, offering from argham to shapta. Praying for wishes. Dedicating the merit. Oṃ Muḥ (藏文:ༀ་མུཿ)! Requesting to return to their place. Conducting oneself with the pride of the samaya being. The method of recitation, transmission, and empowerment here should also be understood as explained in the Tara ritual. Avalokiteśvara, Assemblage of all, the wonderful practice, the place of joy, the yidam deity of the Kadampa lineage, is said to be the essence of all. The practice sequence of the noble Avalokiteśvara, the Lord of the World, from the four deities of the Kadampa. The practice sequence of the noble Eleven-Faced Avalokiteśvara, the lineage of the Heroine. Oṃ
