Now, may you be adorned with the immeasurable forms of emanations. At this juncture, focus on the syllables in the heart of the visualized deity in front. Recite the ten-syllable mantra as much as possible, such as a hundred times, and the twenty-onefold Mama Ayu Punye (藏文：མ་མ་ཨཱ་ཡུ་པཱུཎྱེ་，梵文天城体：mama āyuḥ puṇye，梵文罗马拟音：mama āyuh punye，汉语字面意思：Mama, Life, Merit). Vowels and consonants, the heart of dependent origination, recite three times each, without distraction, avoiding the faults of being too fast or too slow. Water that is stainless, pure, and possesses eight qualities, along with flowers from land, water, and great rivers.
