之后，心想自己修习之后，生起为圣救度母，念诵：嗡，梭巴瓦修达，萨瓦达玛，梭巴瓦修多杭。（藏文：ༀ་སྭ་བྷཱ་ཝ་ཤུདྡྷ་སརྦ་དྷརྨཱཿསྭ་བྷཱ་ཝ་ཤུདྡྷོ྅ཧཾ།，梵文天城体：ॐ स्वभावशुद्धः सर्वधर्माः स्वभावशुद्धोऽहम्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ svabhāvaśuddhaḥ sarvadharmāḥ svabhāvaśuddho'ham，汉语字面意思：嗡，自性清净，一切法，自性清净我。） 从空性之中，在莲花和月亮的座垫之上，自己是圣救度母白度母。从“……”，到“第五个被红黑光芒围绕”，如自生本尊一般，清晰地观想完整的证悟。 面向前生本尊，自己祈祷说：三世诸佛的本体，珍贵的上师，请您解除我等何时与非时死亡的一切怖畏，赐予圣救度母的身语意功德事业的加持和随许。这样祈祷三次。这样祈祷后，自己和前生本尊的心间发出光芒，催动十方诸佛和菩萨们的心续，迎请那些与他们心无二别的智慧法轮和字，如天空降下暴风雪一般降临，融入自己的心轮和字中。同样，从前生本尊的心间，也降下无数的法轮和字，融入自己，因此，得到一切诸佛，特别是圣救度母的加持，心轮和字充满光芒，所有罪障清净，何时与非时死亡等一切障碍消除。嗡，达咧，度达咧，度咧，梭哈。阿贝夏亚，阿阿。（藏文：ༀ་ཏཱ་རེ་ཏུཏྟཱ་རེ་ཏུ་རེ་སྭཱཧཱ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：，汉语字面意思：）念诵三遍。进行供香和演奏音乐，重要的是要清晰地观想上述内容。 14-160 将金刚杵放在头顶，念诵“底叉瓦日拉”（藏文：ཏིཥྛ་བཛྲ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：tiṣṭha vajra，汉语字面意思：安住金刚），心想它变得稳固。从前生本尊的心间，迎请救度八怖畏的度母，五部怙主，四位佛母，八大菩萨，十忿怒尊，以及六位天女降临于虚空。结金刚合掌印，念诵：班杂萨玛匝，班匝古拉萨巴热瓦ra，阿冈扎底扎梭哈。巴当扎底扎梭哈。嗡，班匝布贝阿吽。嗡，班匝都贝阿吽。嗡，班匝阿洛给阿吽。嗡，班匝根德阿吽。嗡，班匝内威德阿吽。嗡，班匝夏布达阿吽。向菩提金刚佛

Then, thinking of cultivating oneself and arising as the Holy Tara, recite: Om Svabhava Shuddha Sarva Dharma Svabhava Shuddho Ham. (Tibetan: ༀ་སྭ་བྷཱ་ཝ་ཤུདྡྷ་སརྦ་དྷརྨཱཿསྭ་བྷཱ་ཝ་ཤུདྡྷོ྅ཧཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ स्वभावशुद्धः सर्वधर्माः स्वभावशुद्धोऽहम्, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ svabhāvaśuddhaḥ sarvadharmāḥ svabhāvaśuddho'ham, Literal Chinese Meaning: Om, self-nature pure, all dharmas, self-nature pure I.) From within emptiness, on the lotus and moon seat, oneself is the Holy Tara White Tara. From "..." to "the fifth surrounded by red and black light," clearly visualize the complete realization as the self-arisen deity. Facing the front-generated deity, pray: Precious Lama, the essence of all Buddhas of the three times, please remove all fears of death, both timely and untimely, for us, and grant the blessings and permission of the body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities of the Holy Tara. Pray like this three times. After praying like this, light radiates from the heart of oneself and the front-generated deity, arousing the mind-streams of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions. Invite the wisdom wheels and letters that are inseparable from their minds, descending like a blizzard in the sky, dissolving into one's own heart wheel and letters. Likewise, from the heart of the front-generated deity, countless wheels and letters descend, dissolving into oneself. Therefore, receiving the blessings of all the Buddhas, especially the Holy Tara, the heart wheel and letters are filled with light, all sins and obscurations are purified, and all obstacles, such as timely and untimely death, are eliminated. From the heart of the front-generated deity, invite the Tara who saves from the eight fears, the five families of lords, the four mothers, the eight Bodhisattvas, the ten wrathful deities, and the six goddesses to descend into the sky.
