Tāgatāpadma Vajreṇādhiṣṭhāna Vajra Hūṃ. Bathe and lightly touch with this (mantra). If you cannot do that, bathe with water of pills. Then, sit at the door of the residence and recite: Oṃ Sarva Go Pañcika Sama Dzī Loka Kulīda Vā Naṃ Kalyāṇaṃ Kurbantu. Then, in the center of the practice room, etc., enshrine a painted or cast statue, etc. Adorn with umbrellas, victory banners, streamers, and the like. Place five types of offerings in each of the eight directions, no less than four portions of water each. Also, scriptures such as the Prajñāpāramitā and the Avataṃsaka Sūtra, and four vases filled with precious jewels. Vases filled with grains, incense, meat fruit, milk porridge, and eye medicine, and offerings including tombs, sprinkle with incense water blessed by the mantra of the Lord of Wisdom (Mañjuśrī). Visualize a vast vessel arising from Oṃ (藏文:ༀ།,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡) and generate the offerings. Bless with their respective mantra mudras and Dharmāraṇīta, etc. From the statue clearly appearing as the deity, light radiates, invite the wisdom being and merge it. Then, make extensive offerings and praises, and pray for blessings. Then, facing north, sit in the lotus posture, and perform refuge, etc. For a long time, earnestly focus on the very nature of oneself, the deity of emptiness. Emptiness), etc., from that state of emptiness, accompanied by the sound of all secret mantras of Nāda (Sanskrit: Nāda, Sound), the deity of sound. From that, on the moon, visualize Tāṃ (藏文:ཏཱཾཿ,梵文天城体:ता,梵文罗马拟音:tāṃ,汉语字面意思:Tām), the deity of letters. These two merge into one taste, from which arises the Holy Mother, from her heart emanate two goddesses, and visualize them benefiting beings with emanations like dust particles, the deity of form. Starting from this, also remembering the deity appearance during session breaks, this is the deity of symbolic representation. This is through remembering the Buddha, thereby knowing the statue as the deity's empowerment. If one knows a tree to be empty, then everything will appear like awareness, this is the profound point of knowing like a Kundā. Then is the deity of mudras. Place the lotus mudra at the heart, and recite wisdom three times. Visualize that one's own mind and the deity in front are inseparable, this is the method by which the deity also belongs to the mind. Then, invite and pray to the empowerment deity of the lotus family. Bestow empowerment with the water of the vase, the body is filled.

Thinking that the samaya is stable, place the lotus mudra on the crown of the head, and recite the vidya once to bestow the crown empowerment. Then, meditate on the mantra garland on the moon in the heart of the Holy Mother, and restrain the breath inside. Focus single-mindedly on the mantra, the moon, and the three bodies of the deity, and recite mentally. Then, when the breath comes out, focus on the clarity of yourself as the deity, and whisper the mantra: Namo Arya Avalokiteshvaraya, Bodhisattvaya, Mahasattvaya, Mahakarunikaya, Tadyatha, Om Namah Tare Namo Hare Hum Hare Svaha. Om, Homage to Tara, Homage to Hare, Hum Hare Svaha.) Recite like this. When you have gained stability in this, the deity's visualization is as before, and the visualization of the recitation is to visualize yourself as the form deity from the state of emptiness of the deity, and the mantra garland in the heart of the deity in front is as before. When you meditate and the breath enters, it enters your own heart, and when it goes out, place it in the heart of the deity in front, and recite as before. When you are accustomed to this, meditate once as before, focusing only on the sound and reciting, which is recitation. At the end of that, meditate only on the mantra garland in the middle of the blazing light in the heart of the deity in front, and without thinking of anything else, do breathing in, breathing out, and holding the breath, and do mental recitation. When breathing out, do not think of anything. When this is stable, first meditate on the King of Vidyas on the moon, and then do not visualize that either, but hold the mind only on the sound. Abandon dullness and excitement, and meditate. When you are accustomed to this, examine where the sound comes from, such as the beginning and end of the body and mind, and if you find that nothing is established, then rest in that state without thinking of anything, these are the realities of meditation. Then, rise with an ordinary body. 14-116 Thus, in any situation of recitation and so on, one should perform the ablutions and close contact of clear visualization as described before. During the session breaks, one should read the scriptures, give tormas to the great elements and the pretas, and erect tsatsas, etc., as it appears in what was asked by Legdrub. Give three parts of the torma as in the session breaks, and also observe silence, fasting, ablutions, and fire offerings, etc., as much as you can endure with hardship. When taking food, wash the five limbs and mouth, and abandon unclean foods such as meat, alcohol, radishes, garlic, leeks, etc., and eat pure and faultless foods to sustain the body.
