If one receives empowerment that comes from emptiness, then it is best to also receive the various qualities of that empowerment. Therefore, arrange the eight auspicious substances, and purify each one with the recitation of all actions or skillful means combined. After blessing with three (Tibetan: བྷྲཱུཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: भ्रूम, Sanskrit Romanization: bhrūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: seed syllable) and three (Tibetan: ཛི་ན་ཛིཀ, Sanskrit Devanagari: जिनाजिक्, Sanskrit Romanization: jinājik, Chinese literal meaning: Victorious One), as the student scatters white flowers and barley, etc., accompanied by the sounds of various musical instruments, recite "Om, possessing perfect abundance," etc., and: 13-364 For the benefit of beings, the Thus-gone One, the essence of the Tushita heaven's immeasurable palace, descends here from there. Whatever auspiciousness arises with the empowerment, surrounded by gods, may that auspiciousness pacify the suffering of all beings! The Lumbini grove, with its leaves, flowers, and radiant light, delightful in appearance, when the protector was born, attended by many gods, the auspiciousness of perfecting existence, may auspiciousness... From the city of Kapilavastu to the king's palace, the teacher, the Sugata, the son of Shuddhodana, born from the womb, the auspiciousness of quickly showering the water of nectar, may auspiciousness... In the place called the sacred city of Kapilavastu, greatly renowned, praised by the gods, the incomparable virtuous deeds, the auspiciousness of the accumulation of merit, may auspiciousness... Manifesting from the city in the joyful midnight, proceeding to the ascetic grove, Brahma and others, the auspiciousness of being surrounded by a host of gods, may auspiciousness... Possessing a body that shines like gold, seated upon a foundation of blue like lapis lazuli, in full lotus posture, the supreme auspiciousness of being immovable, may auspiciousness... On the bank of the river, surrounded by garlands of Tsarsha flowers, extremely rare, eliminating the suffering of samsara, the auspiciousness of being bowed to by the Naga kings, may auspiciousness... Descending beneath the King of Trees, with the power of loving-kindness, subduing many of the forces of Mara, on the earth and in the sky, the Blessed One's various auspicious forms that arise, may auspiciousness... In order to destroy all suffering, seated on the Vajra Throne, at dawn, completely subduing the four Maras, the auspiciousness of the teacher, the Sugata, may auspiciousness... In the city of Varanasi, the supreme sage dwells, the auspiciousness of teaching the supreme Dharma wheel, in the heavenly realm.

And here it has appeared most wonderfully. Tashi! What is Tashi that benefits beings and purifies sins, praised by the noble ones? Tashi! What is the Tashi of the king who subdues the pride of all heretics and manifests supreme miracles to bring happiness to beings, as spoken by the Blessed Shakyamuni Buddha? Tashi! What is the Tashi of the gods, such as Brahma, who descended here from the heavens to benefit beings, surrounded by various objects such as whisks and umbrellas in their hands? Tashi! What is the Tashi of the Tathagata who approaches the supreme abode of peace, offered with many Mandarava flowers, and praised by the supreme gods? Tashi! What is the Tashi of the Tathagata, the possessor of the ten powers, who is worshiped by the lords of gods, nagas, and humans, and offered to by the lords of garudas, yakshas, and gandharvas? May this Tashi pacify the suffering of all beings! From the auspiciousness of the day, grant auspiciousness today! Thus, extensively speak auspicious words. If you like very elaborate rituals, first recite the well-known verses and prose of the Eight Auspicious Substances, as well as the Seven Royal Emblems and the Eight Auspicious Symbols, or in accordance with the verses of the Eight Auspicious Goddesses, and give each of their images or reliefs to the disciples. Then, present all the items in front and recite auspicious words such as Om Punsam. The elaborate ritual of auspicious words with empowerment substances is essential for the empowerment of obtaining wealth. Twelfth, the empowerment with the Victory Vase: Recite the common mantra "Jina Jika (ཛི་ན་ཛི་ཀ་,梵文天城体,jina jikā,梵文罗马拟音,Victory)" seven times, and at the end of the verses such as "As soon as he was born." While reciting the hundred-syllable mantra of Vajrasattva, first take the branch water from the vase and sprinkle it on the disciple's body. Then place the vase or offering vessel on the crown of the head. Wash from the crown of the head and finally let him drink it. Also recite this common mantra for water empowerment: Sandharana (སན་དྷཱ་ར་ཎ།,梵文天城体,sandhāraṇa,梵文罗马拟音,Holding), Undharani Sampratisthita (ཨུན་དྷཱ་ར་ཎི་སཾ་པྲ་ཏིཥྛི་ཏ།,梵文天城体,undhāraṇi saṃpratiṣṭhita,梵文罗马拟音,Raising and Abiding), Sutama (སུ་ཏ་མ།,梵文天城体,sutama,梵文罗马拟音,Well Gone), Supratisthita (སུ་པྲ་ཏིཥྛི་ཏ།,梵文天城体,supratiṣṭhita,梵文罗马拟音,Well Abiding), Vijayabala (བི་ཛ་ཡ་བ་ལ།,梵文天城体,vijayabala,梵文罗马拟音,Victory Power), Svabhava (སྭ་བྷཱ་ཝ།,梵文天城体,svabhāva,梵文罗马拟音,Self-Nature), Pratijna (པྲ་ཏི་ཛྙཱ།,梵文天城体,pratijñā,梵文罗马拟音,Vow), Aroha (ཨ་རོ་ཧ།,梵文天城体,aroha,梵文罗马拟音,Ascending), Jnanavati (ཛྙཱ་ན་བ་ཏི།,梵文天城体,jñānavati,梵文罗马拟音,Possessing Wisdom), Utpadani (ཨུད་པ་ད་ནི།,梵文天城体,utpādani,梵文罗马拟音,Generating), Dina Amala A (དཱི་ན་ཨ་མ་ལ་ཨ,梵文天城体,dīna amala a,梵文罗马拟音,Poor Immaculate A). 13-366
