Red and black triangle Made of burning skulls. Outside is a cemetery, a precious palace. In the center is a lotus, moon, and sun stacked seat. The mandala made of wisdom becomes a wheel. From that HRIH (ཧྲཱིཿ, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, meaning: seed syllable) letter, manifest and generate as self-generation deity. Again, rays of light emanate from one's own heart. From Akanishta, invite the deities of the Padmavangchen mandala. Om Vajra Samaja Hum! From the realm of Dharma, arise as a body with retinue. Arise as the powerful wrathful king. From the untainted lotus burning palace. Request the wrathful one who plays with the supreme horse to come. From the pure illusion mandala of wisdom. Wrathful King and Queen and the assembly of Dakinis come. From the mandala that performs various actions. Servants and messengers 13-177 Request all to come. Maha Samaya Ja Samaya Tvam. In the Padmavangchen mandala. Offer and request to truly accept. Om Peme shvara haya griva sa pa riwara argham puja megha samudra sparana samaya hum. Do the same up to Shabda. HUM! The goddess of form is white in color. Holding beautiful enjoyment in her hand. Offer to the eyes of the powerful deity. This supreme offering of form. Alala, please accept. The goddess of sound is blue in color. Holding a beautiful musical instrument in her hand. Offer to the ears of the powerful deity. This supreme offering of sound. Alala, please accept. The goddess of smell is yellow in color. Holding a conch shell of fragrance in her hand. Offer to the nose of the powerful deity. This supreme offering of smell. Alala, please accept. On the body of the great and powerful deity. Offering of touch. Alala, please accept. Om Rupa Shabda Gandhe Rasa Sparshe Devi Puja Ah Hum. 13-178 Hung. Self-arisen, primordially pure. Medicine compounded from eighty thousand roots. Five families, substance of five vows. Substance of five wisdoms perfected. Six realms, to liberate all obscurations. This is the nectar that dispels the five poisons. To all the Buddhas, and the great assembly of Bodhi sattvas. We offer with faith. With compassion, please consider and partake. Having partaken, please delight me. Bestow the supreme miraculous accomplishment. Om Sarva Tathagata Maha Pancha Amrita Puja Kharam Khahi. Past Vajra Masters, Present Vajra Masters, Victorious Ones' Mind-transmitted Masters, Vidyadhara Symbol-transmitted Masters, Person al Ear-whispered Masters, Amitabha, Lokeshvara, Hayagriva, Padmasambhava, Wön Stön, etc. I offer to the root and lineage Masters. With compassion, please consider and bestow empowerment and accomplishment. Of the immortal nectar Rasayana, the supreme offering of the sacred substance nectar, to Padma Wangchen and retinue. We offer with faith. Having partaken, please delight in everything. Please bestow miraculous accomplishment. Maha Pancha Amrita Kharam Khahi. Again, at the end of the names of the lineage Masters, I offer to the face of the Lama named so-and-so. Om Ah Hum. Raise and offer the inner offering with thumb and ring finger at the crown of the head. Add three syllables to the end of the heart mantra and offer the inner offering at the heart. Add three syllables to the Dharma protector mantra and offer the inner offering at the navel. Hung. Of the wisdom wrathful one, the great and powerful, the supreme accomplishment of body, speech, and mind. May the yogi's body, speech, and mind dissolve, becoming non-dual and stable. Kaya Siddhi Om. Vak Siddhi Ah. Chitta Siddhi Hung. Thus, take accomplishment. This pure, self-arisen, spontaneously accomplished supreme medicine. To the mandala and retinue of the playful horse king, I offer with reverence.
