Once it is done, think that you feel a tingling sensation at the haṃ (藏文:ཧཾ་,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum) on the crown of your head. Then, visualize the haṃ (藏文:ཧཾ་,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum) gradually melting, and the stream of bodhicitta nectar descending like a stretched white silk thread, becoming longer and longer, and dissolving into the raṃ (藏文:རཾ་,梵文天城体:रं,梵文罗马拟音:raṃ,汉语字面意思:Ram) at the navel wheel. Generally, there are three ways to visualize tummo: visualizing the fire itself, visualizing the bindu, and visualizing burning and dripping. This refers to the last one. In that, there are various methods such as fleeing and chasing, like combing tangled hair, and half-body pervading, but this is the middle one. The so-called middle way is when burning and dripping are continuous in the center of the central channel. Furthermore, it is said that you should settle in the center of the central channel and visualize the fire burning in front and the bodhicitta nectar descending in the back. It is said that wherever the light of the burning tummo reaches, the body will feel hot inside, and when the light of the descending bodhicitta nectar appears, the whole body will feel comfortable. These two feelings should be alternated in the mind. During the session breaks, dedicate the merit to enlightenment. This is the extensive visualization, the seventh visualization round. For those with dull faculties, if you practice this as a method of abandonment and cultivation, it is also possible to do one session each for the three channels, four wheels, letters, wind practice, and burning and dripping. The medium visualization of eating tummo as food is to abandon the visualization of the four wheels, including the navel wheel and the wrapping of the waistband, and only practice the remaining parts as before. The condensed visualization is to abandon both the rising and falling on top of that. The different characteristic of this is that the two breaths inhaled through the nostrils go down from the left and right sides of the central channel like spears, reaching about six or eight fingers below the navel. There, when it meets the wind that lifts the lower wind, it returns upwards as if it were struck, and all enter the lower end of the central channel, and you should think of stimulating the raṃ (藏文:རཾ་,梵文天城体:रं,梵文罗马拟音:raṃ,汉语字面意思:Ram). The other parts are the same. In this way, the medium and condensed visualizations are both included in the extensive visualization, so they are not listed separately, but are included in the seventh visualization round. The reason is that all three visualizations, extensive, medium, and condensed, should be obtained from the lama, and then, according to one's own preference, one should practice only one of them. Although there is only one visualization round, it will be divided into different dharma sessions when explaining.

Doing so is not contradictory. Here, in the old transmission guidebooks written by scholars such as Khetsun Gyaltsen Bum, it is said that the preliminary practice is the empty space of fire with legs in the lotus position, and the main practice is the six-fold fire hearth when eating tummo food. However, because of considering the guru's oral instructions, the instructions are said to be confused. The actual practice must be done according to what was said earlier. Eating tummo food is the main practice of tummo. The scriptures say: "The self is endowed with skillful means, the three channels and four wheels, adorned with the four joys of a moment of burning and dripping of Aham (Tibetan: ཨ་ཧཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अहं, Sanskrit Romanization: ahaṃ, literal meaning: I)." What is said is the real meaning of this teaching. Meditating on the Ram syllable (Tibetan: རཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: रं, Sanskrit Romanization: raṃ, literal meaning: fire) includes the meaning of meditating on the short A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, literal meaning: A) at the navel. In the intermediate and concise visualizations, even if the four wheels are not actually meditated on, because the complete central channel is meditated on, the central channel itself is the center of all four wheels, so in fact it contains all four wheels. 12-537 * Tummo as Clothing Second, tummo as clothing is done after one is slightly accustomed to the root of visualization, tummo as food. For this, the external visualization does not pay attention to the cold. Visualize the dwelling as the nature of vajra, or the ground as red-hot iron, and the tent with flames blazing. The self is the deity body, adorned with the five mudras, wearing tiger skin and human skin, all visualized as flames flickering and burning. The inner visualization is to visualize the Ram syllable (Tibetan: རཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: रं, Sanskrit Romanization: raṃ, literal meaning: fire) burning with flames four fingers below the navel, filling the entire body. The body posture is squatting, with both hands embracing from the outside of the knees, and it is said that the breath should go like a dog panting, but this is a hidden instruction. Therefore, cross both hands inward, with the palm of the right hand covering the left kidney, and the palm of the left hand covering the right kidney, and restrain with the inner and outer knee embrace. The key to the breath is to press down two or three times according to the strength of the body. During breaks, strive to rub and rotate the rubbing cushion. This quickly generates heat. If the body sweats, change into thin clothes and wipe the body. Also, even if one has not practiced the main practice of eating, one can practice this by practicing the empty space of fire for a long time. The eighth visualization guide. * Tummo as a Cushion (Third) Second, tummo as a cushion, the external visualization is the same as clothing,
