This is. Sasu and, it is more powerful than a fine line. Fourth, the prayer flower blooms, as it says, "The arising of luminosity depends on the guru's devotion." As it is said, the guru's devotion is very important for the arising of luminosity. Then, is the guru's devotion important for all meditations? What does it mean to say that only luminosity is important? In general, the auspicious connection of the guru's devotion is important for everything. However, daytime virtuous deeds can also be practiced through one's own efforts. Even in the dream state, there are various appearances of the dream itself, and coarse thoughts. Because of these, daytime habits are carried into the dream. Because there is also something that can be achieved through one's own effort and desire, it is not entirely dependent on blessings. In deep sleep, because there is no effort of recollection. Therefore, the luminosity of sleep, if it arises naturally at that time, otherwise, there is no opportunity to practice. Therefore, one hopes for the auspicious connection of pressing key points on the body, and the gathering of blessings from the guru and the yidam. Thus, for these four preliminaries, because there is no new foothold that has not been shown before, the contemplation section is not introduced separately. Whether it is completed in one session, or two or three sessions, etc., it is the same. The actual practice of luminosity. Second, the actual practice is divided into four parts: seizing luminosity, taking the path, merging, and the ultimate. Seizing luminosity. First, there are three ways: seizing luminosity by relying on the selfless mother, seizing luminosity by relying on the letter A, and seizing luminosity by relying on the guru. First, the preliminary part of the session is the same as what was said during the illusory body. The difference is that even if you visualize the root guru as the actual body, you should visualize his appearance as having disheveled hair, six bone ornaments, and a tiger skin wrapped around his waist, etc., possessing the attire of a charnel ground. If you visualize Vajradhara, you should also visualize Vajradhara Heruka, peaceful and wrathful, with three eyes, and his body possessing the eight charnel ground ornaments. During the prayer, pray to realize luminosity, thus concluding.

Then, For a while, visualize above the skull, on top of the head that appears naturally, at the crown of the head, a lotus and sun cushion, about half the size of a pea. On top of that, visualize Vajra Nairatmya, matching the cushion, with a blue body, holding a curved knife, skull cup, and khatvanga. Her left leg is extended in a dancing posture, her body is small, and her limbs are distinct. Also, in her heart, visualize a white "Ah" (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal Chinese meaning: Ah), as thin as if written with a fine brush, clear and radiant, from which rays of light emanate. First, purify the brain, which is of the nature of ignorance. Then, filling the inside of the body, the three: flesh, blood, and bones, become pure, and think of the body as transforming into a light body. If you visualize it as the deity's body, then, according to Kalsang's (phonetic) words, visualize the glorious Samvara Lhankyé. There, focus your mind on the "Ah" syllable in Nairatmya's heart and meditate for a while. Then, from that "Ah" syllable, rays of light emanate, filling Nairatmya's body. From that, rays of light emanate, making everything inside your own body clear and bright, as if lighting a lamp in a dark room, and even radiating outwards from your own pores. Think that all appearances are clear and bright. In the same way, first focus your mind on the "Ah" in your heart, and then alternate between radiating light and other visualizations. Focus on the "Ah" in your heart for a long time. After repeating this several times, relax your awareness naturally and rest in whatever state arises. Repeat this again and again, always meditating. At first, after exerting effort for many nights and meditating in this way, sometimes a feeling of ease and clarity arises, and you naturally abide without conceptual thoughts, without becoming expectant or worried. If this happens, it is enough to rest in that state. When that state disappears, meditate with strong intention as before. When going to sleep at night, focus your mind on the "Ah" in Nairatmya's heart and then go to sleep. The forty-third point of focus is complete. Second, relying on the "Ah" syllable: The preliminary practices are the same as before. In the center of the body, which you visualize as your own deity, visualize a white central channel, as thick as an arrow shaft. Inside it, either directly above the navel or four fingers below the navel, visualize a white, clear, and luminous "Ah" syllable. Hold your mind on that "Ah" syllable for a moment. From the "Ah" syllable, rays of light emanate, filling the inside of the central channel. From that, light emanates.
