While inhaling, a white bindu descends from (Tibetan) ཧཾ་ (Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Romanization: haṃ, literal meaning: Hum) and reaches the heart. Pull the lower breath upwards, and a red bindu descends from (Tibetan) ཧཱུཾ་ (Sanskrit Devanagari: हूं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, literal meaning: Hum) and reaches the heart. When the breath is held in conjunction, focus on the two bindus rotating in the heart. Generate the intention of dream yoga. This is the vase empowerment. Afterwards, when exhaling, the white bindu exits from the right nostril, and the red bindu exits from the left nostril, focus on them rotating at the eyebrow center. Intensely generate the intention of dream yoga. This is the secret empowerment. Those two bindus descend in front of oneself, the white one becomes the glorious Chakrasamvara father, and the red one becomes Vajravarahi. Focus on them becoming the coemergent body in union, and intensely generate the intention of dream yoga. This is the empowerment of wisdom and knowledge. 12-558 The consort dissolves into the consort. Contemplate that it also disappears into space, and abide in non-discrimination. This is the fourth empowerment. After rising from that, intensely practice the intention of dream yoga. Meditate on that again and again. The conduct between sessions is the same as before. When going to sleep at night, contemplate the coemergent father and mother in front dissolving into space, and in that very state, without being interrupted by other conceptual thoughts, enter into sleep. If you wake up in the middle, it is best if you can completely meditate on this object once. If not, then do one intention of dream yoga. In the early morning, when there is still a little bit of sleep remaining, wake up and maintain the body posture. Meditate on the previous object with intense intention. Afterwards, when reaching any one of the three time points, or maintaining any one of the three body points, meditate on the previous object in sequence, and finally in the state of everything dissolving, enter into sleep without being interrupted by other conceptual thoughts. Because you have already grasped the higher object before, the habitual force of meditating on that bindu will be great. You will be able to grasp it in one go. Even if the habitual force is not very great, you will be able to grasp it if you repeat it for a few days {a few times}. This is the twentieth meditation point. Alternatively, learn to briefly summarize the basis of meditation, and meditate on guru yoga as before. In your own heart, contemplate the actual form of the guru, or white Vajradhara. Contemplate a white (Tibetan) ཧཱུཾ་ (Sanskrit Devanagari: हूं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, literal meaning: Hum) syllable, with the nature of light, in his (or her) heart. Devotion to the guru and dreams
