།ཆོས་ཀྱི་འཁོར་ལོ་བསྐོར་བ་དང་། །བྱང་ 12-505 ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའི་ཚོགས་ཀྱི་མཆོག །དེ་ལ་བདག་ནི་སྐྱབས་སུ་མཆི། །སངས་རྒྱས་འབྱུང་ བ་ཇི་ལྟ་བར། །སྐལ་ལྡན་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཡིས། །བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་ནི་བསྐྱེད་པ་ལྟར། ། དེ་བཞིན་བདག་གིས་སེམས་བསྐྱེད་དོ། །བདག་གི་དགེ་བའི་ལས་རྣམས་འདི་དག་གིས། ། འཇིག་རྟེན་འདིར་ནི་མྱུར་དུ་སངས་རྒྱས་ཤོག །འགྲོ་ལ་ཕན་ཕྱིར་ཆོས་རྣམས་སྟོན་བགྱིད་ ཅིང་། །སེམས་ཅན་སྡུག་བསྔལ་མང་པོ་གཟིར་ལས་སྒྲོལ། །ཞེས་ལན་གསུམ། དེ་ནས་སྡོམ་བཟུང་ནི། སངས་རྒྱས་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཀུན། །ཇི་ཙམ་དུས་ནས་བཟུང་ནས་སུ། །མ་ལུས་བདག་ ལ་དགོངས་སུ་གསོལ། །བདག་མིང་འདི་ཞེས་བགྱི་བ་ཡིས། །དུས་འདི་ཉིད་ནས་བཟུང་ནས་ སུ། །ནམ་ཞིག་བྱང་ཆུབ་སྙིང་པོ་ལ། །ཡོངས་སུ་གནས་ཀྱི་བར་དག་ཏུ། །བདག་གི་བྱང་ཆུབ་ མཆོག་གི་སེམས། །མ་ལུས་པར་ནི་བསྐྱེད་པར་བགྱི། །ཇི་ལྟར་དུས་གསུམ་མགོན་པོ་རྣམས། ། བྱང་ཆུབ་ཏུ་ནི་ངེས་མཛད་པས། །བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་ནི་བླ་ན་མེད། །དམ་པ་བདག་གིས་བསྐྱེད་ པར་བགྱི། །སངས་རྒྱས་རྣལ་འབྱོར་སྡོམ་པ་ལ། །ཚུལ་ཁྲིམས་ཀྱི་ནི་བསླབ་པ་དང་། །དགེ་ བའི་ཆོས་ནི་སྡུད་པ་དང་། །སེམས་ཅན་དོན་བྱེད་ཚུལ་ཁྲིམས་གསུམ། །བདག་གིས་བརྟན་ པོར་གཟུང་བར་བགྱི། །སངས་རྒྱས་ཆོས་དང་དགེ་འདུན་སྟེ། །བླ་ན་མེད་པའི་དཀོན་མཆོག་ གསུམ། །དེང་ནས་བརྩམ་སྟེ་གཟུང་བར་བགྱི། །ནམ་དུ་ཡང་ནི་མི་སྤང་ངོ་། །རྡོ་རྗེ་རིགས་ མཆོག་ཆེན་པོ་ལ། །རྡོ་རྗེ་དྲིལ་བུ་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་ཡང་། །ཡང་དག་ཉིད་དུ་གཟུང་བར་བགྱི། །སློབ་ དཔོན་དག་ཀྱང་གཟུང་བར་བགྱི། །རིན་ཆེན་རིགས་མཆོག་ཆེན་པོ་ཡི། །དམ་ཚིག་ཡིད་དུ་ འོང་བ་ལ། །ཉིན་རེ་བཞིན་ཡང་དུས་དྲུག་ཏུ། །སྦྱིན་པ་རྣམ་བཞི་རྟག་ཏུ་སྦྱིན། །བྱང་ཆུབ་ཆེན་ པོ་ལས་བྱུང་བའི། །པདྨའི་རིགས་ཆེན་དག་པ་ལ། །ཕྱི་ནང་གསང་བ་ཐེག་པ་གསུམ། །དམ་ པའི་ཆོས་ནི་མ་ལུས་གཟུང་། །ལས་ཀྱི་རིགས་མཆོག་ཆེན་པ་ལ། །སྡོམ་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ལྡན་ པར་ནི། །ཡང་དག་ཉིད་དུ་གཟུང་བར་བགྱི། །མཆོད་པའི་ལས་ཀྱང་ཅི་ནུས་བགྱིད། །བྱང་ 12-506 ཆུབ་སེམས་ནི་བླ་ན་མེད། །དམ་པ་བདག་གིས་བསྐྱེད་བགྱིས་ནས། །སེམས་ཅན་མྱ་ངན་ འདས་ལ་འགོད། །ཅེས་ལན་གསུམ། ཨཱ་ཁཾ་བཱི་ར་ཧཱུཾ། ལན་གཉིས་ཀྱིས་མིག་དར་དང་མེ་ཏོག་བླང་། ཉུངས་དཀར་ གཏོར་ཞིང་སུམྦྷའི་སྔགས་ཀྱི་བགེགས་བསྐྲད། བདུད་རྩི་ལྕེ་ལ་བཞག་སྟེ། ༀ་ཨཱཿཧཱུཾ་གིས་བསྲུང་བ་བྱ། རང་གི་སྙིང་ ཁར

转法轮，菩 12-505 提萨埵众之尊，于彼我皈依。如来出 现之方式，具缘菩提萨埵以，生起菩提心之方式， 如是，我生起心。我之善业诸此等， 愿于此世速成佛，为利有情故，示现诸法， 救度众生脱离众多痛苦折磨。（念诵）三遍。其后受戒律： 诸佛菩萨众，自何时起至何时，祈请悉皆垂念于我。 我名某某，自此时起， 乃至何时安住于菩提心要， 于彼之间，我之殊胜菩提心， 悉皆生起。如三世怙主诸， 于菩提中决定，无上菩提心， 神圣我生起。于佛瑜伽律仪中，于 戒律之学处与，积聚善法与， 利有情戒律三者，我稳固 受持。佛法僧，无上之三宝， 自今起受持，无论何时亦不舍弃。于金刚部 殊胜大部中，金刚铃杵手印亦， 如实受持，上师等亦受持。于珍宝部 殊胜大部之，誓言悦意者， 每日亦于六时中，恒常布施四种布施。从大菩提 所生之，清净莲花部中， 外内秘密三乘，神圣之法悉皆受持。于业部殊胜大部中， 具足一切律仪者， 如实受持，亦尽力行持供养之业。菩 12-506 提心乃无上，神圣我已生起， 安置众生于涅槃。（念诵）三遍。阿 康 贝 Ra 吽。（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）念诵两遍后取下眼罩和鲜花，撒播白芥子，以松巴（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）咒语驱逐邪魔，将甘露置于舌上，以嗡 阿 吽（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）进行守护。于自己心间。
English
Turning the wheel of Dharma, the supreme of the assembly of Bodhisattvas, I take refuge in them. Just as the Buddhas appear, and as the fortunate Bodhisattvas generate the mind of enlightenment, in the same way, I generate the mind. With these virtuous deeds of mine, may I quickly attain Buddhahood in this world, and for the benefit of beings, may I teach the Dharma and liberate sentient beings from the torment of suffering. (Recite) three times. Then, taking the vows: All Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, from this time until when, please listen to me completely. I, named so-and-so, from this very moment, until I fully abide in the essence of enlightenment, may my supreme mind of enlightenment be fully generated. Just as the protectors of the three times have determined in enlightenment, may I generate the unsurpassed, sacred mind of enlightenment. In the vows of Buddha Yoga, with the training in morality, the accumulation of virtuous dharmas, and the three moralities that benefit sentient beings, may I firmly uphold them. The Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha, the unsurpassed Three Jewels, from today onwards, I will uphold them and never abandon them. In the great and supreme Vajra family, may I also truly uphold the Vajra bell and hand gestures, and may I also uphold the teachers. In the pleasing vows of the great and supreme Ratna family, may I always give the four kinds of generosity six times a day. In the pure Padma family, born from great enlightenment, may I uphold all the sacred Dharma of the outer, inner, and secret three vehicles. In the great and supreme Karma family, may I truly uphold all the vows, and may I do my best to perform the deeds of offering. The mind of enlightenment is unsurpassed, I have generated the sacred one, and I place sentient beings in Nirvana. (Recite) three times. Ah Kham Bira Hum. (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思) Recite twice, then remove the blindfold and flowers, scatter white mustard seeds, and dispel obstacles with the mantra of Sumba. Place nectar on the tongue and protect with Om Ah Hum. (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思) At one's own heart.
