As long as the sound of sīta comes from her, do just that. Bind the time of supreme joy with the syllable haḥ (ཧཿ, Devanagari: हः, Romanization: haḥ, literal meaning: haḥ). Alternatively, bind with the sound of the syllable hūṃ (ཧཱུཾ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanization: hūṃ, literal meaning: hūṃ) residing in the heart. Alternatively, bind with the sound of the syllables śrī (ཧྲི་, Devanagari: श्री, Romanization: śrī, literal meaning: auspicious) and haṃ (ཧཾ, Devanagari: हं, Romanization: haṃ, literal meaning: hūṃ) residing in the throat. Perform the actions of hūṃ (ཧཱུཾ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanization: hūṃ, literal meaning: hūṃ) and phaṭ (ཕཊ, Devanagari: फट्, Romanization: phaṭ, literal meaning: phaṭ), and having made the union of the great arrow, bind the semen. Furthermore, in the middle of the quarter, one should meditate on the co-emergent, and if the bindu residing on the pistil of the bhaga (female genitalia), one should also drink it with the vajra. Make it equal with combinations such as circumambulation and with the combination of wind. Having purified this with combinations of filling, pressing, stiffening, and vase-breath, one enters into the union of women, and it is said that one attains accomplishment with this very body. From this, due to the distinction of the four joys, stiffness, sweat, horripilation, change of breath, trembling, change of color, tears, and dissolution arise for the practitioner, which are called the eight heart-strengths. The attainment of wisdom by the woman is: the heart is moving and agitated, trembling and loss of memory, hair disheveled, naked, covered with moisture, eyes of a very subtle red color, manifesting the forms of the five wisdoms. The woman is wisdom, is prajñā, from this the five wisdoms will be attained. The vajra united with the lotus, is said to be the approach of the vajra of the body. The wind having become equal, the sound of sīta and the change of voice, is the approaching accomplishment of speech. From agitation, complete melting, sixteen jewels each allotted, with the bliss of mind, the two cease, is said to be the accomplishment of the suchness of mind. With the shape of a bow, completely united, bindu like conch and jasmine, seize with the bliss of guarded diligence, the supreme wisdom of self-awareness, is the suchness of great accomplishment, purifying consciousness into wisdom. By this, the great vajra nature, arising from the indivisibility of the three bodies, the ocean of wisdom will be accomplished. By completely uniting with great wisdom, it is praised by the exceedingly yogic skilled ones. This mudrā of the illusory woman, is the supreme of vows, by all evil foods and evil deeds, it will not completely become an obscuration. Thus it was said.
