Extinguishing the rising heat and cooling it, removing impurities, finally, everything dissolves into the vaṃ (Tibetan: བཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: वं, Sanskrit Romanization: vaṃ, Chinese literal meaning: vaṃ) at the navel chakra, contemplate that the co-emergent wisdom arises in the continuum. This is done in the case of not meditating on the two-faced deity. Like a severed head without a right face, the flame curves forward from the lower end of the central channel, and must go in and out through the actual nostrils. This is the eleventh contemplation sequence. If you meditate on these Tummo yogas in this way, the five signs and eight qualities will arise very quickly. Up to this point, from the six methods of meditation, the Tummo instructions on learning the letters are complete. ༈ Learning the Luminous Body. Fourth, learning the luminous body, there are two: the instructions for when waking up from sleep, and the instructions for dreams. The first is: the preliminary practices for the session are the same as before. Visualize your guru in person or Vajradhara on the crown of your head, a red vaṃ (Tibetan: བཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: वं, Sanskrit Romanization: vaṃ, Chinese literal meaning: vaṃ) at the navel, and below your crossed-legged posture, or if you have visualized the form of a deity, then a blue yaṃ (Tibetan: ཡཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: यं, Sanskrit Romanization: yaṃ, Chinese literal meaning: yaṃ) between its feet, and a red raṃ (Tibetan: རཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: रं, Sanskrit Romanization: raṃ, Chinese literal meaning: raṃ) between the thighs. Gently breathe and hold the breath, the yaṃ (Tibetan: ཡཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: यं, Sanskrit Romanization: yaṃ, Chinese literal meaning: yaṃ) moves the wind, and the raṃ (Tibetan: རཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: रं, Sanskrit Romanization: raṃ, Chinese literal meaning: raṃ) ignites the fire, entering your body, touching the letter vaṃ (Tibetan: བཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: वं, Sanskrit Romanization: vaṃ, Chinese literal meaning: vaṃ). From the vaṃ (Tibetan: བཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: वं, Sanskrit Romanization: vaṃ, Chinese literal meaning: vaṃ), flames blaze in the ten directions, burning away the ordinary appearance of your body, or visualize it as the form of a deity, but think that all attachments are burned away. The deity's body dissolves into light like a rainbow, remembering it as illusory, and abide in equanimity as much as possible, and meditate repeatedly. The limbs of contemplation are the same as before, but replace the sparks with the symbol of a candle. This comes from the common instructions. This is the twelfth contemplation sequence. The second, the instructions for dreams, come from the supreme instructions. The scripture says: "When you attain the supreme and unsurpassed enlightenment in a dream, you will achieve the supreme with steadfastness before long." Even just showing a slight experience of dreams is considered to be showing the instructions for dreams in essence. That is, in the preliminaries, practice the practice of wind and the practice of the luminous body a little. At the time of the limbs of contemplation, with a strong desire to definitely grasp the dream tonight, and alternatingly focus the mind slightly on the yellow oṃ (Tibetan: ༀ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओं, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: oṃ) at the throat, meditate many times.

Furthermore, diligently meditate on the practice of wind-energy and the visualization of the light body. Without interrupting the session, continue with the practice by sitting or lying in the lion posture. While maintaining the previous experience, generate a slight aspiration to grasp the dream. Gently focus the mind on the yellow Oṃ (藏文:ༀ,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡) at the throat, and allow the breath to flow naturally as you fall asleep. Upon awakening the next morning, perform the appropriate activities for the session break, such as making tormas. By meditating in this way, you will quickly grasp the dream state. However, grasping it once is not enough; you must strive to meditate until the grasp becomes stable. This is the thirteenth instruction on visualization. Next, the practice of transforming the dream into a deity: During the day, precede with the practice of wind-energy and train in the yoga of the light body. At all times, cultivate the strong intention that tonight, in the dream, you will meditate solely on the deity's form, which is emptiness. As you go to bed, do as before, but it is crucial to repeatedly cultivate that intention. By becoming accustomed to this, initially, only one deity form will arise spontaneously in the dream. Eventually, all appearances will be transformed into deity forms, and other abilities such as transformation will arise as a byproduct, as in other traditions. This is the fourteenth instruction on visualization. Thus concludes the fourth practice method, the training in the light body. The fifth, the training in clear light, has two aspects: the actual clear light and the auxiliary practices of clear light. The first is this: The preliminary practices for the session are as before. The main practice is to complete one session of the visualization of training in the light body. Then, the deity form, which is like a rainbow, becomes extremely clear, becoming clearer and clearer, thinner and thinner, until it becomes like a rainbow dissolving into the sky. Abide in a state free from all elaboration. Relax and rest without grasping. Rest naturally without fabrication. Rest nakedly without acceptance or rejection. Again, as before, instantly visualize the deity form and practice emptiness several times. Then, perform one session of the expanded practice of the light body emptiness, which combines the visualization of burning the physical body with obstacles. Then, meditate on the condensed practice of the deity form emptiness many times as before. Meditate in this way, alternating between the two. The auxiliary practices of visualization are the same as before, except for the sign of the butter lamp...
