Ah! Requesting to be taken under your care and blessings! Clearly visualize oneself as the body-channels of the nature of light, primarily the Avadhuti channel possessing the four qualities, the three channels and four chakras together with the doors of body, speech, and mind, all appearing vividly. In the center of the navel chakra, within the Dharma-arising palace, visualize the Blessed Mother Vajravarahi, her form complete, residing in a dancing posture, possessing blazing light, appearing distinctly. Invite the principal deity of the front generation mandala, from the Bam (བཾ,vaṃ,വം,seed syllable) in her heart, light radiates, dissolving into the Vajravarahi residing in one's own navel. Along with the experience of warmth and bliss greatly moving, simultaneously the appearance of flames blazing forth from her body fills the entire body. All sins and obscurations are completely burned away. All Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, heroes, and dakinis are transformed into the form of Vajravarahi. The Blessed Mothers filling the sky descend like rain, becoming inseparably one with oneself. Accompanied by the sound of musical instruments, after reciting Om (ༀ,oṃ,ओम्,seed syllable) three times, recite: Om Vajravarahi Jnana Aveshaya Ah Ah Hrih Hrih Svaha (ༀ་བཛྲ་བཱ་རཱ་ཧཱི་ཛྙཱ་ན་ཨ་བེ་ཤཱ་ཡ། ཨ་ཨ་ཧྲཱིཿཧྲཱིཿསྭཱཧཱ།,oṃ vajravārāhījñāna āveśāya ā ā hrīḥ hrīḥ svāhā,Om Vajra Varahi Jnana Aveshaya Ah Ah Hrih Hrih Svaha), recite many times, this is the first descent of wisdom. Then rise, bring the feet together, place the chest on the ground, extend the hands with palms joined above the head. As it is said, if it is not possible to do this physically, then rejoice in it mentally. In the sky measuring eight fingers from the tip of the nose, visualize a white Yungdrung symbol burning like a flame. From the body of the Blessed Mother in one's own navel, the nature of the burning Tummo of True Wisdom arises, light rays like lightning. Passing through the central channel, opening the door of the vital point between the eyebrows, and emerging from the nostrils, touching the Yungdrung symbol, causing it to spin violently to the left. All containers and contents are transformed into the nature of wisdom, inseparable from clarity and emptiness. Along with holding the breath, make the sound of musical instruments. This is the ritual of increase. In the sky above one's own crown, visualize Lama Heruka residing, from his heart light radiates. Invite countless Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, heroes, and dakinis, descending into the sky above the crown. Subsequently, the nectar of Bodhicitta, the union of bliss and emptiness, descends like a stream of water, entering from the Brahma aperture at the crown of the head, passing through the four channels and chakras, filling the entire body, causing one's own body, speech, and mind, and all inner and outer appearances, to become one with the wisdom of great bliss.
