O Mother! Cutting the bonds of all discriminations, well entering into worldly activities, I prostrate to all of these! Heruka, glorious great hero! Pure Vajra Authoress and, greatly attached to desire, I bow to Vajravarahi! Undiscriminating true realization, mind not abiding, without mind and without thought, I prostrate to you, the objectless one! Emptiness and compassion inseparable, the very nature of the three realms, blazing with glory like the fire at the end of an eon, I bow to Vajravarahi! Thus praised. Then, between the navel and the crown of the head, and from there to the forehead of the pig face, the red messenger possessing four characteristics, from the navel to the hairline, the bird face white and slender. In the center of the Dharmodaya within the navel, HRIH (Tibetan, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hrih), OM AH HUM (Tibetan, Devanagari:, Romanized Sanskrit:, Literal Chinese meaning: Om Ah Hum), the mantra garland arranged in three groups, and complete with the four joys. At the eyebrow center of the pig face, the moon and VAM (Tibetan, Devanagari: वं, Romanized Sanskrit: vaṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Vam), at the tip of the bird face, the sun and VAM (Tibetan, Devanagari: वं, Romanized Sanskrit: vaṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Vam). From these letters, light emanates upwards and downwards like tubes. Emanating from the left nostril and the bird face, drawing semen from the crown of the head of the women of the three worlds and from the Khagamukha, and drawing semen from the crown of the head of the men and from the Shamkha, mixing with the sun and moon. All of these dissolve into the mantra garland from above and below. Focus single-pointedly on all that appears in the mouth of the bird face, trembling and swaying with bliss, contemplate thus and recite the mantra. Clarify the visualization again and again, the triangular wheel rotating counterclockwise without interruption. Contemplate the nature of light radiating and contracting, draw it downwards, and meditate single-pointedly. Recite the mantra: OM VAJRAVARAHI ABESHAYA AH SARVA DUSHTAM HRIH SVAHA (Tibetan, Devanagari:, Romanized Sanskrit:, Literal Chinese meaning: Om Vajra Varahi Abeshaya Ah Sarva Dushtam Hrih Svaha), is the heart mantra. OM OM OM SARVA BUDDHA DAKINI (Tibetan, Devanagari:, Romanized Sanskrit:, Literal Chinese meaning: Om Om Om Sarva Buddha Dakini) etc. is the root mantra. OM VAJRA VAIROCHANIYE HUM HUM PHAT SVAHA (Tibetan, Devanagari:, Romanized Sanskrit:, Literal Chinese meaning: Om Vajra Vairochaniye Hum Hum Phat Svaha), is the near-heart mantra. OM HRIH VAM PHAIM AH HUM (Tibetan, Devanagari:, Romanized Sanskrit:, Literal Chinese meaning: Om Hrih Vam Phaim Ah Hum), is the extremely near-heart mantra. OM VAJRAVARAHI JÑANA ABESHAYA AH AH HRIH SVAHA (Tibetan, Devanagari:, Romanized Sanskrit:, Literal Chinese meaning: Om Vajravarahi Jnana Abeshaya Ah Ah Hrih Svaha), is the mantra for invoking wisdom. After that, if desired, one can perform both the blocking recitation and the vajra recitation. When entering the session break, contemplate the deity and retinue and all emanations as illusory. Recite the three phrases beginning with "Svabhava" of self-nature purity, and then conclude.
