Collected Teachings of Dolonatha JT227, A Vajravarahi Sadhana Called "Bestowing Bliss" from the Instructions of Jetsun Ngönpa. 12-90 ༄༅། །A Vajravarahi Sadhana Called "Bestowing Bliss" from the Instructions of Jetsun Ngönpa. ༄༅། །A Vajra Varahi Sadhana Called Bestowing Bliss from the Instructions of Jetsun Ngönpa. ༄༅། །Oṃ svasti! I prostrate to the glorious one, complete and clear enjoyment body of the blissful supreme hero, the queen of the three realms, whose form is a mass of red light, who moves like a lightning flash, tender, supple, clinging, and graceful, endowed with the splendor of sixteen years. The dance of the Perfection of Wisdom is the enchanting charm of an immortal maiden. The Victorious One, the Bhagavati, the sole mother, fills all directions with wondrous light, holding the radiance of a newly rising sun, free and easy, experiencing bliss. The indestructible song of the dhuti, the nectar of the ears, the lotus power of perfect union, the rows of stamens of the fully blossomed flower, shining and beautiful, displaying all this. May you intoxicate and delight my mind, the youthful six-legged bee, with innate honey wine. May the water wind that stirs the waves of the art of desire, with the good qualities of the fruit of great bliss, ripened to perfection, adorn the garden of my original body, weary and long-suffering in the nest of rest. Kaya! May you entwine the hand mudra with the creeper of loving hands, sipping the honey of the blissful mother's lips, like a hero playing in all kinds of delight. Please place me in the position of the master as well. As it comes from the instructions of Jetsun Ngönpa, wishing to practice Vajravarahi, in a suitable place, facing north or west on a comfortable seat, first offer a torma to the guardians of the directions. Precede with taking refuge and generating bodhicitta, the guru mandala, and the recitation of the hundred-syllable mantra, doing as much as possible until signs are obtained. The guru mandala is known elsewhere, and the torma for the guardians of the directions will appear below. If you do not know or do not like it, there is no fault in not doing it. Then, later, during the time of approach, first send refuge and bodhicitta, (Oṃ, Tibetan: ༀ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओम्, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Om), (Vaṃ, Tibetan: བཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: वं, Sanskrit Romanization: vaṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Bam), (Āḥ, Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Ah), (Hūṃ, Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Hum) 12-91 After that, recite the mantra for the offering mudra.

Having purity as the preliminary, visualize the guru as Vajradhara on your crown. If you wish, you can also make the guru's mandala here. Om Ah Shri Man Sang Guru Tsara Na Ka Mala Ya, Samyak Jñana Bhasana Ka Ra Ya, Namaste Hum. Prostrate with strong devotion. Om, emptiness-wisdom-vajra-own-being-I. The intoxicating five meats and five nectars inside the skull are transformed into the nature of the five wisdoms. Om Ah Hum, recite the root mantra and write the Dharma origin (Om Bam Ah Hum). Om Ah Hum Bam, place at the three corners and the center. Take madana with ten fingers, cross the ten fingers, touch from the crown to the feet for bathing and protection, and recite Om Ah Hum. Then, on the back of the left thumb, index finger, middle finger, ring finger, and little finger, respectively, on the lotus and sun cushions: Om Bam, Ham Yom, Hrim Mom, Hrem Hrim, Hum Hum, Phat Phat. The essence of the six goddesses. Offer flowers one by one with Om Vajrapushpe Ah Hum. Offer the inner offering with Om Ah Hum. Visualize it melting and dissolving, protecting the six places and dissolving. In front, on the pure ground, write a three-finger-wide Dharma origin with nectar, place the Bam syllable in the center, and offer red flowers such as karavira. Above it, fill the kapala with nectar. Om Ah Hum. Fumigate with incense. On a clean mirror, create a cinnabar mandala and contemplate the four immeasurables. Then, remember the three purities as described below. The Dharma origin of the navel chakra, together with the mantra garland and seed syllable, the light garland, and the light rays of the mantra in front, like an iron hook, draw in the Bhagavati Vajravarahi, Vajra Lalita, and all beings residing in the three realms, and all naturally accomplished ones, Phei, Dza Hum Bam Hoh, attract, seat, bind, and please. The image of the goddess mantra, the manifested mandala unfolds. Hum Ah, holding the vajra and bell. With incense water blessed by Sumbha seven times. Om Ah Khanda Rohe Sarva Vighna Nusaraya Hum Hum Phat. The offerings born from Hum all become. After blessing with the mantra, offer with Om Vajrapushpe Ah Hum up to Naivedya.
