The top of the shinbone staff is adorned with various vajras, from which hang the sounds of the damaru and bell, and a three-tongued banner. On top of the various vajras are stacked wet, bluish-black human heads, emaciated red human heads, and dry white skulls. The top is a five-pronged vajra, and one focuses on it gradually or simultaneously. That is, the khatvanga is placed horizontally on the shoulder, or supported in the armpit, or the top of the lower end of the khatvanga, together with the skull, is held with the left hand, there are three ways. Learning the thirty-seven parts gradually like this is following the oral instructions. Finally, one visualizes them simultaneously, clear and without turbidity, like a rainbow appearing in the sky, and remains single-pointedly focused. Except for the difference in the object of focus, the way of focusing is common. This order is not necessarily required, it is also permissible to start from the part that is easy to focus on. For visualizations of the generation stage like this, Tibetan and Chinese lamas have made various different orders and sessions. Some do not need to be learned gradually, so one should learn as much as possible. Secondly, as it says, "Purity, mindfulness, Buddha, Dharma," these purities should also be remembered when realizing or practicing, and here, one trains in them with strong faith. There are four kinds of purity: outer purity, inner purity, secret purity, and suchness purity. First, all dharmas are one-faced because of the non-duality of the dharmadhatu emptiness. Although it has not moved from its essence since the beginning, if we distinguish it slightly, there are two original truths, the conventional truth is the left hand, and the ultimate truth is the right hand, and the inseparability of these two, the union, is the only body. The left foot, with skillful compassion, suppresses the edge of the fearful nirvana, and the right foot, with wisdom emptiness, suppresses the edge of the cycle of time and names. In the Ornament of Clear Realization, it also says, "With wisdom, one does not abide in existence, with compassion, one does not abide in peace." Therefore, this way of not abiding is common to the sutras. Also, it is also to eliminate these two with the two, skillful means and wisdom, by representing the view of the destruction of the two fears and the view of permanence. Facing upwards indicates that the qualities are getting higher and higher.

and increase. The five dry skulls are the five Buddha families. The fifty head garlands are the purified fifty mental events arising from the mind. The three eyes are the knowledge of the three times. The necklace is generosity. The bracelets are discipline. The earrings are patience. The crown jewel is diligence. The belt is meditation. The body adorned with these is wisdom. Nakedness is abandoning all conceptual thoughts. The curved knife is to cut off the six root afflictions of self and others: desire, anger, pride, ignorance, wrong views, and doubt. The skull cup is to cut off the skull of conceptual thoughts, which is non-conceptual wisdom. Being filled with the blood of the four inner demons means that wisdom subdues the four demons. Hair being loose means purifying the two obscurations. Khatvanga (Tibetan: ཁ་ཊྭཱཾ་ག་, Sanskrit Devanagari: खट्वाङ्ग, Sanskrit Romanization: khaṭvāṅga, Chinese literal meaning: Khatvanga) translated into Tibetan means "sky staff," showing the form body without moving from the dharmakaya, which is like the sky. The burning fire of wisdom is the wisdom that realizes selflessness, burning the three realms of existence. Secondly, wisdom, without ever moving from non-conceptuality, the door of its manifestation appears as a pure mandala, vast and boundless. The union of body and wisdom is the one-faced mother. The head garland is the fifty letters, the two hands are single vowels and diphthongs. The two hand symbols are semen and blood, with the khatvanga (Tibetan: ཁ་ཊྭཱཾ་ག་, Sanskrit Devanagari: खट्वाङ्ग, Sanskrit Romanization: khaṭvāṅga, Chinese literal meaning: Khatvanga) in the middle. The two feet are the nature of the mind-wind that appears as grasper and grasped, with rising and entering. Blocking and suppressing the two fearful times there. The face facing upwards is the fierce fire burning upwards. The stream of nectar flows down into the mouth. Bodhicitta drips from Hum (Tibetan: ཧཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Romanization: haṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum). Hair standing on end is the increase of bliss. Nakedness is cutting off conceptual thoughts with bliss. The five seals are the five aggregates, which, having attained bliss, are transformed into the mandala of the five families. Thirdly, the body of the main deity is the wisdom mother, the khatvanga (Tibetan: ཁ་ཊྭཱཾ་ག་, Sanskrit Devanagari: खट्वाङ्ग, Sanskrit Romanization: khaṭvāṅga, Chinese literal meaning: Khatvanga) with a single-pointed vajra, and the bhaga joined equally. Adorned with a bone trumpet and the face of a dakini, the two feet pressing down on the fearful Heruka father and mother is that, due to the cause of equal absorption, the movement of the left and right stops in the bone trumpet. The two hands are, due to that cause, the two upper channels dissolving into the central channel. Cutting off afflictions with the wisdom of bliss and bestowing all siddhis are the two eyes, the rest is the same as the inner explanation. Fourthly, the stages of the path and so on are all complete and contained in the aforementioned.
