From "The characteristic of transcending samsara" to "Meditate on things, meditate on things." The self is visualized as the wisdom dakini, white, with only two hands. It is said not to mix with other deity yogas. Furthermore, before engaging in visualization, one must first purify the outer and inner worlds into emptiness. Arise only from the seed syllable and hand gesture. Other than that, it is similar to the previous visualization. In the heart, meditate on the single syllable ༀ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ॐ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om). Do not even meditate on the syllable हूँ (Tibetan, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) of the uvula. When filling with the combined breath, the two winds on the left and right strike the ༀ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ॐ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om) syllable. Visualize the ༀ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ॐ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om) syllable melting like fire, filling the space of a cow's hoofprint. This does not require the wheel of the moon. Regarding the old letters in this context, the tantra says, "The vowels and consonants are well combined." The meaning of this is that da-log and ra combined is a. Therefore, saying to meditate on the ༀ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ॐ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om) syllable in practice is just empty talk. Because da and ra combined do not become a in any way, whether from the perspective of sound or image. Combining da and ra does not even get the name "vowels and consonants." If it is a, then meditating on ༀ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ॐ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om) is also unreasonable. Therefore, the syllable o is a vowel and a consonant with a bindu. The meaning of vowels and consonants mixed is the meaning of the ༀ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ॐ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om) syllable. In these three cases, the count of the number of letters clearly refers to counting all the letters except for the fire and wind letters. The fourth is that some say to visualize the flower of the heart-wood tree pointing downwards, then opening upwards, and to meditate in the center of the flower. If that were the case, it would become the instruction of the heart-wood tree's spike, and would not become a cow's hoofprint. Therefore, similar to the previous visualization, abandon the ༀ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ॐ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om) syllable, and meditate on a white bindu, like a curved moon. Outside the hoofprint, on the right, visualize a black हूँ (Tibetan, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) syllable, and on the left, visualize a red हूँ (Tibetan, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) syllable, the nature of wind and fire. From the black, wind moves; from the red, fire blazes. The melting of the bodhicitta at the crown of the head, etc., is the same as before. Finally, the bindu dissolves into the two, fire and wind. The red fire हूँ (Tibetan, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) syllable dissolves into the black wind हूँ (Tibetan, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) syllable. One should also aspire for them to dissolve into the dharmadhatu. The Instruction Like a Cow's Hair Second, the instruction like a cow's hair is, in the second, it says, "From the two upper teeth, water flows, tasting like milk-water," and so on. Furthermore, perform the preliminaries as before. Four fingers below one's navel, the root channel
