Meditate on the nature of touch that is hot and warm, and focus the mind on it. This meditation does not involve alternating between exhaling, holding externally, and holding internally. Through practice, a clear and special experience will arise. After becoming somewhat accustomed, practice the subtle wind exercises of the secret channels mentioned earlier, and a boundless experience of bliss and emptiness will arise. At that time, a non-conceptual experience that transcends thought will naturally occur, just as, using the example of training a son or student, non-conceptuality is generated through conceptual thought. If the actual practice to be meditated on is non-conceptuality, then, as it is said in the tantra: "With wisdom, examine the knowable; with the knowable, examine beings." This means that the experience of bliss and emptiness enhances the deity's form, and the natural manifestation of the deity's form as clarity, emptiness, and bliss enhances all appearances. However, the practice should be done as follows: On a comfortable cushion, maintain the posture of the body, and let the breath flow naturally. Abandon all the elaborations of conceptual thought about the three times of past, present, and future, and do not think of anything. Here, it is also said that the gaze should be placed on the tip of the nose. As it is said in the second chapter of the secret seat 11-549 of the root tantra: With the diligence of equanimity, with the very nature of self-purification, write with the mind and fully understand, offer the flower of the mind as an offering. With the incense of self-purification, illuminate with the lamp of wisdom. The body satisfied with the nectar torma, invite and consume all. It is said that resting the nature of the mind in the unconditioned is equanimity. This is the fundamental meditation on the meaning of the mandala's completeness, and it is the first step in the inconceivable meditation sequence. Self-purification is the meaning of the mandala's purity. Deeply observe the nature of the mind, and search for its state. You will discover that neither the inner nor the outer, neither the grasper nor the grasped, nor the three of arising, abiding, and ceasing can be established. Recognizing this and abiding in equality is searching for the mind in order to realize that the mind is self-purified. This is the second great meditation. The term "mind" refers to both appearance and conceptual thought. Therefore, the meaning of being smeared with fragrant scent is that whatever appearances arise, such as forms and sounds, turn inward on top of them...

When searching with wisdom And examining, even if the appearance doesn't cease for a moment, its nature is indescribable, To abide in that is the third Great Seal. Similarly, the true meaning of a flower is, whatever Appearances of moving thoughts arise in the mind, such as attachment, aversion, joy, sorrow, etc., when examining the nature of those appearances, At the very moment of appearance, there is no identification, and repeatedly recognizing that unidentifiable nature is the fourth Great Seal. If one becomes familiar with these two, then, the true meaning of incense is, whether an objective appearance arises or a thought arises, To abide without alteration in whatever appears, maintaining the continuity of not straying from the nature of emptiness, is the fifth Great Seal. The true meaning of a lamp is, after gaining some experience with these, the awareness Elevates, sometimes tightening, sometimes loosening, generating certainty in emptiness, especially inwardly The mind is emptiness, outwardly the environment is also emptiness, inwardly and outwardly equal, abiding in the state of one taste of essence, is the sixth Great Seal. The metaphorical meaning of food is, after gaining experience with these, Cultivating the practices that generate the experiences of bliss and clarity mentioned above, and repeatedly mixing and practicing with the free from elaboration, inconceivable state, later without relying on an object, oneself and others, all of the container and contents appear as bliss and emptiness, some Will appear gradually, some will appear simultaneously, that is uncertain. This is the seventh Great Seal. Thus, these are the instructions of the inconceivable, Or it is called the yoga of particularly devoted to Suchness. Second, the path of the karma mudra for those with desire also exists in one aspect of secret offering. The instructions for this have been separately compiled into a guidance manual. The Essential Points of the Pervasive Completion Stage Second, regarding the essential points of the pervasive Completion Stage, there are two: the root of the path and the branches. The Root of the Path First, there are four: the instructions of the cow's hoof, the instructions like a child, the instructions of the water tree's tassel, and the instructions of the stupa vase. The Instructions of the Cow's Hoof First, some who appeared Earlier and later say this: to meditate on a cow's hoof in front of one's own body is outer, To rely on bindus and to rely on letters is inner, and to rely on the wisdom mudra.
