It is also permissible to meditate solely on the lunar mandala of the heart. By this object of focus, the deity's body will be filled with bliss, and emptiness will be added to the bliss. By that, the deity's body will be enhanced, and so on, similar to the common (practice). Although this is a part of the generation stage, the term "mother's breast" indicates the tip of the secret place and the tip of the crown or the space between the eyebrows. Therefore, both of these are included in the instructions of Vanu. ༈ The Method of Practicing Profound Completion Stage Second, the method of practicing the profound completion stage. In this tantra, no matter which completion stage is practiced, there are two practices that must be done beforehand. Therefore, in this regard, there is the preliminary practice for all completion stages and the actual completion stage. ༈ The Preliminary Practice for All Completion Stages First, there are two: blocking the nine doors and vajra recitation. The first is from the Second Chapter of the Secret Place, from "yellow in color, blazing with light" to "the entire body is blazing." That is, visualizing oneself as the body of the Wisdom自在母 or Vajrasattva, with a (Tibetan: ཀྵུཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: क्षुं, Sanskrit Romanization: kṣuṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Ke Xiu Mu) syllable, yellow in color, radiating light, head pointing downwards, at the Brahma aperture on the crown of the head. Imagine that the light blocks the door of the crown, and practice vase-like gentle wind breathing for seven days, and so on. Similarly, at the space between the eyebrows, there is a (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Hong) syllable, black in color, head pointing inwards. The rest is the same as before, practice for seven days, and so on. By analogy, apply this to other places as well. In both eyes, there is also a (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Hong) syllable, black in color. In both ears and both nostrils, there is a (Tibetan: ཡུཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: युं, Sanskrit Romanization: yuṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Yong) syllable, red in color. In the uvula, there is a (Tibetan: སུཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: सुं, Sanskrit Romanization: suṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Song) syllable, white in color, head pointing downwards. In the urinary passage, there is a (Tibetan: སུཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: सुं, Sanskrit Romanization: suṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Song) syllable, white in color. In the anus, there is a (Tibetan: ཀྵུཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: क्षुं, Sanskrit Romanization: kṣuṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Ke Xiu Mu) syllable, yellow in color. Except for the (Tibetan: སུཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: सुं, Sanskrit Romanization: suṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Song) syllable in the uvula, the heads of the others point inwards. In the throat, there is (Tibetan: སམརཡུཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: समरयुं, Sanskrit Romanization: samaryuṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Sa Ma Yong), yellow on the right and white on the left. At the junction of the shoulder and arm, there is (Tibetan: ཧམརཡུཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हमरयुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hamaryuṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Ha Ma Yong), white on the right and black on the left. In the heart, there is (Tibetan: ཡམརཡུཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: यमरयुं, Sanskrit Romanization: yamaryuṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Ya Ma Yong), black on the right and red on the left. In the navel, there is (Tibetan: ཀཥམརཡུཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: कषमरयुं, Sanskrit Romanization: kaṣamaryuṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Ga Xia Ma Yong), red on the right and yellow on the left. The heads of these stacked syllables all point upwards. Meditating on each of these with gentle wind breathing for about seven days each will take about three and a half months. After that, whether the object of focus is clear or not, visualize the syllables clearly in ascending order from the crown to the anus, and in descending order from the anus to the crown. If the object of focus is clear, then all at once...

Meditate on appearances for a long time. If it is not clear, then in between, do a little faith meditation. It is important to meditate mainly on clarifying it in an ascending and descending order. Also, diligently practice the four-fold vase breathing. Secondly, the Vajra recitation: In the second chapter, it says: This seed syllable should be recited. And: From recitation and samadhi yoga. And: In the fourth chapter: If a yogi wants to recite, he should abandon the seed syllable in the heart. And: Having abandoned the silent speech, he should be endowed with mental recitation. It is said, etc. Adjust the body posture well. If it is a time when the bliss of the development stage has been increased twice before, or when the object of the completion stage mentioned below has been practiced a little, then increase it directly with bliss. Otherwise, just have faith. Also, when the air enters, remember Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum), and believe that the deity you are visualizing is bliss. When it stays, remember Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Chinese literal meaning: Ah), and believe that both yourself and others are bliss. When it goes out, remember Om (Tibetan: ༀ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Om), and believe that all appearances are bliss. This can also be applied as a preliminary to all the completion stages mentioned below, and it can also be applied as a way to increase the bliss that arises in those completion stages, and it can also be used as a way to increase the two subtle points of the development stage. However, after practicing the method of blocking the nine doors a little, if you meditate on this intently for a long time, it will become a special method for training the channels. The actual completion stage. Secondly, the actual completion stage has two points: the key point of the pervasive completion stage and the key point of the pervaded completion stage. The key point of the pervasive completion stage. First, there are two divisions: the inconceivable yoga and the path of desire. The first of these is explained in the second secret place: Without color and the essence of all colors. It is explained by such things as: The signifying thigle, the signified is free from elaboration. Also, in the heart of the self-visualization as a deity, in the center of the five-petaled lotus, visualize a blue thigle, and on the four petals, white in the east, yellow in the north, red in the west, and black in the south, thus visualizing the four thigles. If you can visualize them all at once, then focus on all five. If you cannot, then focus on them one by one. Or, in the vajra jewel, a red thigle of wind and mind mixed together.
