Furthermore, many categories, both similar and dissimilar to the tantras, were spoken. In addition, many characteristics of mudras and so on were spoken. From the Explanatory Tantra Mantra Angsha, the oral instruction of the syllable Om (藏文:ༀ,梵文天城体:ॐ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), the tummo arrow-shooting, and other categories of water, trees, and flowers, as well as ascetic practices, and so on, were spoken. These are clearly explained through the connection and the guru's oral instructions, and they are the ways in which the words and meanings of the tantras arise as they are. Who can realize all the intentions of the general tantras, the ultimate completion stage? Nevertheless, if we consider the translation of this Dharma cycle in this region, in the "Commentary on a Single Tree" by Arya Deva, there is only an explanation that combines the eight places with the inner meaning. Furthermore, from Jetari's "Thatness Four" and so on, there are various categories of the completion stage. However, since there is no extensive treatise on the completion stage that can grasp the essential points of the tantric meaning, such as the "Fifth Stage," the "Compendium of Practices," and the "Essence of Spring," the extensive explanation of the completion stage must be realized from the tantras themselves. Moreover, since most of the objects of focus arise clearly from the very words and meanings of the tantras, it is especially a place of trust. 11-543 Therefore, in order to easily understand how the completion stage arises from any stage of the tantras, the source is mentioned at the very beginning. Preliminary Practices for Instructions Now, for the order of taking these into practice, there are two: the preliminary practices for instructions and the main practice. The first is further divided into two: common and special preliminary practices. The first, the common preliminary practices, are the three: refuge, bodhicitta, accumulation, purification, and guru yoga, which are the same as others. The second, the special preliminary practices, are the wrathful deity and the protective wheel of hand gestures combined with wind, and the accumulation of merit, the guru yoga combined with wind. These should be understood as they appear in the instruction manual of the Glorious Fourth Stage and the transference of oral instructions of Hevajra. Main Practice Secondly, the main practice is divided into two: the oral instruction on enriching the deity of the generation stage with bliss and emptiness, and how to meditate on the profound completion stage. The Oral Instruction on Enriching the Deity of the Generation Stage with Bliss and Emptiness The first is:

This is the oral instruction of Bainu Nü from the King of Tantras. The second chapter of the Secret Seat says, "Its center is consciousness, contemplate consciousness like the sky." The meaning of "center" here refers to the seven places: the four wheels, the space between the eyebrows, the back of the neck, and the jewel. Here, it is the Vajra Jewel. In this regard, from the perspective of the object of focus, although there are similar aspects, due to the differences in the individual practitioner's timing, there are times when the generation and completion stages transform separately. Here, taking the perspective of transforming into the generation stage, after practicing the preliminary practices of the session, taking refuge, generating bodhicitta, the protective circle, offerings, and any of the elaborate or concise generation stages, visualize yourself as the Bhagavati Jnana Ishvari, your mind united with Vajrasattva. At the tip of the lotus at the junction of the secret channels, visualize a blue vajra arising from the (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) syllable, the size of a bean, with a very subtle white point in its center, and focus on it, abiding in equanimity. Alternatively, visualize yourself as the Sky Yogini or Vajrasattva, united with the consort Jnana Ishvari or Vajra Garvini, and within the Vajra Jewel at the junction of the secret channels, visualize the bindu with its implements as before. At this time, if you cannot visualize Jnana Ishvari with three faces and six arms, it is also acceptable to visualize her with one face and two arms, holding a white khatvanga and a skull cup. Focus your mind on that object of focus and practice the pranayama in this way: correct your posture, exhale three times to expel impure air, slowly inhale the upper air, hold it as much as possible by pressing down on the secret place, and then learn to exhale slowly. Practice in this way for a month or so, according to the clarity of the object of focus and the difference in the degree of diligence. When a sign of gaining some air appears, and any feeling of pleasure or pain arises, shake your legs, gently beat and massage the front and back of your thighs, etc. Then, in the state of the object of focus and pranayama as before, let the abdomen swell, the stomach churn, and slightly pull the downward-clearing air upwards from the center. It is not necessary to do this often, but do it once every two or three breaths. Visualize all the upper and lower air transforming into the form of light and dissolving into the secret place.
